The best quality, service and attention to detail I have experienced in years, if ever. Better than Vegas hotels. On par with deluxe Disney hotels. The pool experience was phenomenal. Amazing views from room, bar and pool of the city and rolling hills in the distance. I was repeatedly blown away!
Had a very nice stay while there for a Solea Laser Dental Conference. The hotel has many nice restaurants along with an awesome coffee shop. Our standard room was very nice. Not too small but not large. Very close walking distance to, I think it was 5th Street), the main nightlife scene. The nightlife along with numerous bars, restaurants, shops, loud music in the streets, food truck vendors....was incredible; and entertaining. Was a great area for our conference.
This hotel is gorgeous. The staff is amazing. The restaurants had the most amazing delicious food and great live music and really good coffee in the little shop on the lobby floor. I was so sad to leave that coffee. The pools are gorgeous especially the chairs in the pool. It’s only a couple blocks away from 6th Street with such fun night life. I had a personal situation the last day that I was there with my back and had to get security involved. I’ve never had such amazing service from all aspects of the employees there especially Andre from security. The sincerity he showed me during the situation was absolutely amazing and made me feel so safe. I won’t stay anywhere else besides this hotel if I go back to Austin.
Exceptional hotel and customer service. The staff goes the extra mile to make sure your stay is perfect. Amazing roof top bar with a perfect view of downtown Austin. We will definitely stay here again!
First time in downtown Austin. Stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate wedding anniversary.Beautiful hotel! Excellent location! Excellent service! Rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious. Bed is super comfy. Bathroom is also very spacious and gives you a spa-like sensation! We loved it! Definitely would recommend.
Amazing hotel! The valet/door staff is prompt and the front desk will offer you a friendly/warm welcome. Rooms are exceptional and the accouterments exceed Fairmont standards. Lobby decor is unique and the pool is wonderful. I will be back!
My three year old daughter and I spent two nights and couldn’t have had a better experience. The hotel staff was professional and very helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to have been upgraded to a Junior suite with a lovely view and my daughter enjoyed her time in the pools.. we would definitely stay here again.
I was at AfroTech this year and I checked in at the Fairmont. I decided to checkout the Fulton and I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the Smoked Brisket Sliders, they came with sweet potato fries. My family is from Lockhart and I am a documented barbeque snob, trust me when I tell you these sliders were on point! They were moist, well seasoned and the cut wasn't fatty. The fries were delicious and actually crispy! I cannot remember the name of the drink, but it was a delicious gin cocktail 🍸. This was a great option for a light lunch in luxe setting and I plan to go again. 10/10, put on a cute outfit, come downtown and treat yourself to something nice.
We recently stayed at the Fairmont and went each night to the Fulton bar. We got to try several drinks (most of the specialty cocktails) and all were good (some better than others). The place is nice and although there weren't many people, the service was just "ok".
They had live music on Saturday night.
Our favorite drinks were the Amigos old fashioned, Chai Tai and a Paloma (not on the menu).
The experience could be improved with more personable service.
Decent burger and fry at the price you'd expect for this type of hotel. I recommend dining in the evening for the ambiance. If able though I'd recommend going offsite for dining unless you just don't want to lose your parking space lol. Good service and decent meal. I did enjoy the cowboy cookie! I didn't even taste the coconut which is a plus for me.
I actually had a good time at Fulton. I was in between things so stayed for a little drink and snacks at the bar area lounge. The live music was great. Éliette was my server and she was excellent. I would stop by here again.
I stayed at the Fairmont for a business conference. The food, drinks, and live music kept me coming back! I traveled alone, and it was so nice to not have to leave the hotel for a decent meal. Highly recommend.
I was nervous with the 3.9 star overall review but I was stuck prepping PowerPoints after a hotel stay at Fairmont. I had lunch here on Sunday and I was pleasantly surprised with their chicken & broccolini and roasted carrots. Reasonably priced and portioned, well prepared and seasoned. Very very good.
A nice place to finish the night! Drinks are excellent and the peated whiskeys are readily available.
So yum!! Definitely coming back soon!
Love the cocktail called the Soul Reviver - boozy + delicious! (Tony was a cheerful and friendly bartender!) Make it a double and head to the hot tub during the cooler months. ❄ If you appreciate a properly grilled vegetable, the brocollini is out of this world (I always want 2 orders). Tried the Gemelli pasta with pesto and ricotta (hold the pancetta) tonight, also delicious! It was a busy Friday night but my server, Rick, was very attentive and made sure everything was perfect and I didn't feel rushed at all. In fact, all of the staff seemed to be diligently working and accommodating guests. Love the Fairmont, I'll be back 💃
My friend is on vacation in Austin, Texas and they stopped here to eat. She said the food was so good I needed to post these pics on google maps to let the people know!😊She loves onion soup, literally orders it whenever available, and said this place knows how to do it right👍🏼

Such a great spot for drinks….from top to bottom the menu is fantastic. The whole hotel is beautiful. Close to all the bars in Austin, so you are right in the middle of all the action.
Always prompt service, drinks are really great, snacks too... especially the hummus... and our server, Tony, was really funny and made the night really memorable. Thanks yall!
