Food was above average quality for what I expected, everything seems fresh made. Great table salsa. The house guac was dressed up fancy but didn't deliver on flavor and was very expensive for what we got. Service was very friendly but they forgot one of the sides and never got water refills. Not the end of the world, big place, lively, seated quickly. Overall reccomend giving it a try.
Terrific Tex-Mex food here. Being from the Detroit area, there is a presence of decent Mexican food. But this place is an example of why Texas is considered one of the best places in the country for Mexican food.
The food had a fullness of flavor. I ordered the fajitas and they were tender and seasoned perfectly. We also ordered the enchiladas poblanas, which were of complete satisfactory. Good texture and terrific flavors all the way around. As an appetizer, we ordered the queso flameado. Again, very good. The cheese was rich and melted perfectly.
The atmosphere of this restaurant was very clean and modern as well.
The service was prompt and friendly.
Overall, this was true Tex-Mex food. I could eat here every day.
My flan was home made delicious. The service was very good. My chicken soup was good. The restaurant is a little noisy for my taste but overall a very good value.
Love this place - Always sit at the Bar. Bar staff and entire staff as well as the managers are great - Great food, strong drinks.

Really nice Mexican restaurant with tasty food. They have 4 to 5 vegetarian options available. I had the vegetarian fajitas and they were really good with lots of veggies. My husband had poblano chicken which he said was really good and was the right spice level. Loved the vibe too inside the restaurant. They had really comfortable booths. Will be definitely back again.
We went to Flores for dinner before catching a movie and we had a great experience. Service was fast and friendly. Food was good and I highly recommend you treat yoself and get the chimichanga. What is there not love? The carne picada is tasty! We all tried something different: crispy tacos, shrimp tacos, enchilada plate and the star of the show the chimichanga. Looking forward to going back and having a margarita!

Flores Mexican Restaurant has four locations around Austin and are known for their fajitas and margaritas. The queso is pretty good so you should also start there. The guac looked good as well. I ordered the camarones calientes (spicy shrimp) which were great! The fajitas are also good. I’m a fan of the tortillas! The churros sadly had too much cinnamon. It got 4 stars because the service wasn’t the greatest. The food overall was pretty good.
Good Tex-Mex, good drinks. Friendly & attentive staff. 15 min wait on a Friday night at about 6-6:30.

The food was so so delicious! We got some fajitas, some chimichangas, and a burger. The portions were big enough for everybody to take some home and we WANTED to take it home. The homemade tortillas are so delicious and I can tell they don’t have Pace salsa. The service was okay, he just talked super fast, but the food came out super quick and the server next door with the heart hair design was so helpful!! Warning though, when ordering a jumbo shrimp they mean a SINGLE shrimp not a side of shrimp😂😂
Delicious and good prices on food! We love their fajitas and 3 enchilada plate with creamy jalapeño sauce. There are daily margarita specials even on weekends! Great neighborhood restaurant.
Food is typical Austin Tex-Mex. Great, fast & not upscale. Service is great! Margaritas are great! Nice patio but most seats overlook the playscape which is good for some & bad for others.

Flores Mexican Restaurant is a hidden gem! As soon as I walked in, the vibrant colors and lively atmosphere got me pumped. The food? Mind-blowing! Tacos, enchiladas, and the margaritas – pure bliss. I'm already planning my next visit!
I had Two cheese enchiladas with Tex-Mex sauce, rice and refried beans on the lunch menu for $8.29. The food was very good, served hot and delivered to my table fast. My waitress Calynn was friendly and kept my tea refilled. I will certainly return
