Grew up on this in Odessa. Best texmex. Mesquite grilled beef fajitas are to die for.

The cashier was very sweet and informal!. The atmosphere is adorable and very traditional. I enjoyed the food, but the fajitas & nachos arrived semi warm. The sweet tea rocked. The rice is definitely a 2/5.

The food is constantly good, talking to the lady at the front was really sweet. Nice elderly lady. I had the chicken enchiladas. They had pleasant texture and enough flavor to be enjoyable. The Mexican rice and refried beans were good and you get two flour tortillas on the side.

I came with a friend who is a native Texan. She said i needed to try some real Tex-Mex while visiting Texas. Breakfast was better than my dinner choice. Breakfast I had Migas and she had Huevos Rancheros. Dinner I didn't really find anything different in the ground beef tacos in a hard shell than if I had gone to Taco Bell. But my friend had Enchiladas and there was a deep flavor to her sauce with a hint of spice.

We love it there, on our drives between the big cities Austin and San Antonio, we always stop in here to eat. My personal favorite is the Sweet Tea, with just one lemon 🍋 wedge it’s so delicious. Love the decor it’s just great to eat here. Homemade tortilla’s too …you can watch them make it …

Always have the #11...puerco en chili verde 😋 and a margarita 🍹! Rosa's never disappoints me. The chili de arbol is the best 👌.

I've enjoyed Rosa's tacos growing up and am fortunate to be able to continue enjoying them now. My favorites are the Chicken Fajita Taco w/ queso and their crunchy tacos w/ salsa. A shout out to Elizabeth who hooks me up with a discount! 😉

Best taco Tuesday deal in town. $5.99 for 3 tacos, crispy or soft. Chicken or beef

Tuesday taco night is not to be missed. The chicken is better than the beef, which is not bad. Great variety of salsas. But 3 tacos, rice, beans, and tortillas for 6 bucks on Tuesdays can't be beat. Pay a few cents for extra lettuce and one won't be disappointed.

I’m from Arizona and I’ve been looking for good Mexican food. I arrived on Taco Tuesday and was all in for the $5.99 3 taco plate. The food was hot and fresh, while not what I’m used too in AZ, it was still good and I will be back. I was full after I finished my taco plate so good portions.

Better than most with a beautiful dining area. Very big as well with enough seating for large families. Very affordable meals. Try some of everything by ordering one of their platters. Fantastic. Hot food with fast service.

Wow first time here. The place was big and inviting. The whole tortilla making window is cool for the kids. Fast service friendly staff. Great customer service 👏 I only had breakfast so can't give much to review, but I'll definitely come back to try the rest of the menu. The chorizo breakfast plate was table slamming good.

Always love coming here, just wish there was a closer location to me. The tortillas are the best! They serve honey here also which is amazing on those hot fresh tortillas. I had the cheese Enchiladas and the Husband had the Beef Fajita Taco Salad. The rice and beans are standard fare, the enchiladas were good. The Husband really enjoyed his taco salad and would order it again. The salsa bar was very fresh and clean, I always enjoy their fresh salsas. The only downside about this place is their queso - it is nasty. Other than that, it is a great place to grab some lunch. Good service, clean restaurant, good food and decent prices will keep us coming back - oh and of course those tortillas!

The cashier here(Elizabeth) is super nice and was very patient with my order even though I wanted quite a few modifications. I eat here all the time with my family and would definitely recommend it to anyone that likes chips and queso because it's great here.

This review is of my first time here: I had a fajita burrito and sweet tea, both which were satisfying. I paid $6 for the burrito, so price is normal for an item found at a Tex-Mex style restaurant. The place inside is spacious and easily can accommodate gatherings, which is rare in this day with new places becoming smaller. More importantly, every part of the restaurant was clean (I didn't use the restroom though), service was excellent and fast (good for this type of establishment *looking at you TC lol, it wasn't that busy though), very attentive staff. Kudos to Elizabeth for helping me find the right food to try for my first visit!
