I found a place to eat called the "Picnic" , it was a grouping of food trucks offering different kinds of food, they had really good burgers, Italian, Mexican, Sea F to name a few. after you purchased your food you could eat in a central area with many picknick tables. There were also public restrooms available. The athsonephere was fun.. It was great we loved it. There was plenty of free parking available and they even had a "lock gate". If your ever in Austin don't miss this one of a kind dining experience. If you like food trucks you will love this.!!

Coat and Thai best Thai Food in the city. Burger is simple with bacon and fried egg but great flavor. From the Taco truck quesadillas and nachos are the best. Gyro wrap at the Habibi ATX. The Burrito truck is my favorite!!! Cheese sticks with guava mermelade are the best, loaded barbacoa fried tostones and the Carnitas Cali Burrito!!!!!

Really cool spot. It will be even better once they get more trucks in there. I was a bit sad they didn't have a BBQ truck - Austin Texas with no BBQ ribs or chicken?! That's crazy. Somebody start one!

We have a deep seated love for food trucks so being in an area swarming with them was a dream. We had hoped to visit a handful of FT parks but ran out of time so The Picnic is the only one we made it to. BUT, it was such an awesome experience we have no remorse! We sampled food from 5 different trucks & every bite was heaven. Seating area covered & clean! Very reasonable pricing. Highly recommend!!!

Enjoyed this food truck park so much that we came back the next day! Ample parking and lots of picnic tables (hence the name?) under a large awning. It’s open but you also won’t get rained on or have to sit in direct sun. Great variety among the trucks. We especially enjoyed Coat & Thai (try the Yellow Curry and/or the Pad Thai!). Habibi was also delicious. You really can’t go wrong with any of the options. There’s even a truck that sells dog treats so four-legged friends aren’t left out. This place has something for everyone and is a definite standout even in Austin’s crowded food truck park scene.

My wife d her family being Brazilian hit up the B truck. We all enjoyed our meals and the authorities (her and her family) raved about the authenticity of the food. We will all go back for sure.

Needed a place to fit multiple tastes and cravings. This did not disappoint!! Thai, Lebanese, Brazilian, Mexican, American foods… located nearby other mom and pop shops (fresh juices, gelato). Parking lot and street parking. Free. Dogs welcome on leash. I personally ordered from Habibi- GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Lamb melts in your mouth. Authentic flavors. The mixed plate is a sampler of what they have to offer. Hummus is freshly made, light, leaves you craving more. Will be back!!

Nice food truck park with a good variety of trucks. They are open until 9PM, which is good if you are out and about and want to eat later. There were several food trucks closed around 8PM when i went last time, but it was also a Monday and I know many restaurants close on Mondays. But, good variety overall, so something for everyone.

I got a burger from Black Bear Burgers. It was good. I was with a group of people and I like that everyone was able to pick the type of food they want. Love that there was plenty of parking and it was a great day to sit outside!

So our first time coming to this park of food trucks and we weren't disappointed. My wife got food at The Original New Orleans Po Boy and Gumbo Shop and had the fish platter with a side of red beans and rice. The fish had great taste but the red beans and rice was unbelievable and put a smile on her face. Took that to the house with us. I had food from The Mighty Cone and I must say I was blown away by the chicken cone. The sauce was really good but the best part is the special breading they use. Crispy and delicious served hot with a nice kick. Can't wait to visit Austin again to come back to this little gem.

I’m going back today. I need to eat all 3 things again before I leave atx!! We didn’t try the other food trucks. Originally I was drawn to this food truck park for the pad Thai. Which so thank I was! But ended up stopping at another for fried pickles and a gyro. Everything was so delicious here. Coat and Thai did have the cheaper $1 waters and $1 sodas compared to some other trucks that was selling them for $2

Wanted to eat at Food Truck Park while visiting Austin as they're known for having great food trucks and it was a nice day to eat outside. I was near the Airport, so The Picnic wasn't far away and the Barton Springs area is nice. I reviewed the food trucks I picked separately, so this is simply over The Picnic. There was plenty of parking and it was easy to get in and out of the Food Truck Park. There were approximately 20 picnic tables and 8 food trucks. Tables were relatively clean with adequate spacing, trash receptacles that weren't overflowing, and not many flies. There were also water bowls at every table for the pets. There was a good variety of food trucks with different dishes. There were also about 5 trucks in the park, but across the parking lot, but I wasn't sure if they were art vendors or just decoration. Every food truck had a $1 coupon for gelato, but I didn't see that food truck until I was leaving. It's located facing Barton Springs Road right where you turn into the parking lot. Overall, this is a nice Food Truck Park that's well-maintained with a nice variety of food trucks.

Amazing place for lunch! Parking is a little tight. Please carpool! You can also walk or bike to this location. We had some shrimp from one truck(can’t remember the name) and then some lobster rolls from the burger truck. Love that this place is covered and there are bathrooms. Please also go check out the small boutiques off to the side. They look like trailers/ campers. Dogs are also welcome!

Awesome food truck park! Even has restrooms, in a building. Also a lot of parking (free), pinic tables for seating and covered structures above the seating. We enjoyed our food and experience!

This place is awesome. Love the different varieties of food. From lobster rolls, burgers, empanadas, Italian, and much more. We ended up trying a bunch of different items from different trucks which is great, the prices are good and there is shaded spots for sitting.

Awesome area with a bunch of food trucks and covered picnic tables to enjoy. A short walk from Barton Springs and about a mile from the public library.
