The Croque Madam was by far the best out of the dishes we tried (unfortunately its the one dish I didn't get a photo of). We had the Country French Breakfast, Chicken Pesto Pasta, Turkey Cheese Croissant, and Roast Beef Croisant with potato soup. The sandwiches/croissants come with your choice of a soup or salad. Don't know why I initially thought this place would be overpriced/expensive but I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable these meals were.
When you walk in you take a menu and once you're ready to order you walk up to the salad bar. Afterwards your party picks the table themselves. Don't know if they'll do this for long but wait until after you order your meal to fill out the survey on your receipt and get a free pastry, coffee, or dessert. We went around 11am and it was not too busy.
La Madeleine on Brodie Lane is my go-to spot in the hood for delicious food in a comfortable atmosphere. I use the app a lot, too, and it offers rewards like free pastries, side items and coffee. Adaleine, the manager, is fantastic. She and the staff work hard to let customers know they are appreciated. The food is a true taste of France and the pastries are to die for! Love, love, love La Madeleine!
The staff at La Madeleine are always so kind and friendly. The breakfast food is great, good portion sizes, and reasonably priced. Love the sausage patties, omelets, and butter croissants! The atmosphere and woodwork are beautiful as well. It's great to dine solo or as a group.
We really liked this restaurant! Here you can have a very tasty breakfast and you will have a wide range of dishes.
Quiche Lorraine was perfect, very-very delicious, I definitely recommend to try it. Quiche is big, so I recommend to order it for two people. They have a wide selection of breakfasts with croissants. Croissants and pastry were fresh and tasty. Napoleon was soft and interesting in taste because it differs from the classic recipe. It was good but the upper part - vanilla fondant icing was a bit too sweet for me.
I love this place so much that I've gone twice in the last week. It seems that it's hard to get into a place without our own neighborhood, but we are glad to have ventured out and gave La Madeleine a go. Their Country Breakfast is just the right portion and pricing. I love their croissants!
First timer here.
Great experience, fast service and great food.
The inside decor is very French and clean, staff was great and there’s also outdoor seating.
Reminds me of Mimis Cafe French comfort food.
Lots of pastries to offer I had to take some to go and the French onion soup is great. I wish they would’ve melt my cheese on the salamander it was just added on top without being melted. Other than that great experience and will be back.
I placed an order on favor. Called the store to request extra bacon and cheese but no answer. The manager called me back to see if I needed anything. She was so amazing and sweet. Best customer service I’ve experienced this far. I myself am in the customer service industry. We will be coming in to visit shortly.
I have driven past this place a thousand times and never once considered stopping by, but my bank card offered a discount so I tried it, Me and my kid loved it, will definitely be coming back. The customer service is superb, the food delicious, and as far as I can tell it is traditional and authentic. One of my new favorites.
Butter croissant and café Mocha are the best. I had to wait for 5 min to place an order for coffee. People were present in other counters but they didn’t bother to help me with my coffee order.
Above and beyond! Chawky (the GM) and his team were magnificent! I was there to pick up a very large catering order. While I was packing the lunches I overheard Chawky, the GM, helping a woman and her son who accidentally came to the wrong location for their To-Go pick up. His team made their order right on the spot. They offered me a complimentary beverage while I was waiting on my sizable order of almost 40 lunches. Absolute grace and kindness. White glove service at this location. Look forward to working with them again :)
I really like this place, the ambiance is very cozy, sitting by the fireplace is a treat and the food is really good. Some of my favorite dishes are the onion soup, the tomato soup, the Benedict eggs and the French toast. Other food options are good too, and there is a great variety of desserts and good coffee. As with other places it does have peak hours and you need to keep that in mind when you are with little time to eat.
Delicious and quick service. I really enjoyed the pesto pasta. I like that you go get your own bread, drinks, and silverware. Nice ambiance with the fireplace in the center of the dining room. Would recommend, and I will be back to try the desserts!
I really enjoy the cafeteria atmosphere here it's unlike any other, very posh and French Bistro-ish 😉 I enjoy coming in the different seasons because in the middle of the restaurant is the large double faced fire with tables nestled around it. But then in the hot Texas weather there's also the large patio seating which I take full advantage of in the cool short spring season. They have really good French Specialty's featured in the bakery but they also provide delicious fun dinner entrees, lunch and breakfast ALL DAY! The prices are decent for the food quality, but as mentioned, cafeteria setting acknowledged - you can ask for specifics - like I always request that my butter croissant be warmed up, and the wonderful cooks/associates are happy to oblige. Enjoy!
Love the food! Great options! Restaurant is so cute and comfortable. Staff is incredibly kind. Manager even checked on us to make us feel extra welcome! A favorite go to for our family!
