Cabo Bobs...I believe after 15years, they have already established their own reputation, but just in case you don't know I'll elaborate.
The meat here is seasoned to perfection, cooked in high end ceramic cookers, and all laid out nice and tidy.
The organization and flow of ordering is simple, yet effective, and the employees are phenomenal; any questions you may have they are more then willing to assist.
From start to finish, you will get your order that is delicious, nutritious, and delightful. In the end you can grab your drink with their selection of craft sodas/refreshments.
Treat yourself to lunch or dinner and be glad you ended up deciding to try out Cabo Bob's! Don't forget you can order for curbside!
I just had there quesadila is soooooo hudge!!! All is very good here keep coming back more than other places!!
I've come here a couple times and they have really good Mexican food so keep coming.
Today they had quite a big line a lunch so I did an order online. Unfortunately I did make a mistake they have a big menu. When I looked at it after I felt a little better. They had a chicken burrito right next to the bowl. I wanted the bowl but must have clicked the burrito by accident. Its ok because I'll just get the bowl next time but that's something to watch out for as I've actually not done that!!
The food was still great I just really preferred a bowl!!
The best fish tacos I have ever had!! The chicken bowl was also scrumptious. Wayyyy better than chipotle. Everything tasted fresh and the tortilla was on point. This will be my go to spot in Austin!
We cannot say enough good things about there food. We love everything on the menu. Purchase a plastic cup drink and bring it back for a refill for a $1. There’s a punch card for buy six and get the next item up to $12 free. Love this place - always busy but worth all the commotion. The better half is in love with the Mint Sweet tea and made by the store sweet treats - brownie (yum!)
Tried their fish burrito with black beans, real good chips and salsa portion is huge, more than plenty, Mango salsa on the burrito a nice touch adds lots of flavor!
Team is friendly but they're missing the wow sauce to get a 5 star. Place is clean and organized, bathrooms are impeccable. They got a really cool patio up-front. Well be back to fry another burrito 🌯 😋

If it's your first time there, as it was mine, study the menu, up in the wall, very carefully so that you can be ready when you're next in line!

Outstanding flavor on the Chicken Tacos with Ancho Chili Tortillas. Be Brave! Go with the Xxtra Hot Red 66 Habanero Sauce!!!
The vibe and ambience is cool. Hard to believe that it was started just in 2008. The staff are very friendly. I like the tortilla flavor options. They are made right in front of you after you place an order.
The portions are huge. Will come back to try other proteins.
Since we did not dine in I was unable to put information for atmosphere and service. Our food was catered to us and was dished out by I think a church group. Anyway I just wanted to thank you for the awesome contribution to our household I am a resident at spring terrace, a foundation property up for a low income housing. I was delighted with the fair and will visit the restaurant at some point to try it out in person. Thank you very much sincerely, Steve
Cabo Bob's is my go-to for that warm, comforting embrace only the best food can give. Quick service that never skimps on flavor. And that burrito? Oh baby, it's love at first bite every time! If you haven't wrapped your hands around one of their burrito babies yet, you're truly missing out. Comfort food paradise!
This restaurant has a fun vibe. There's a stead buzz of dinners talking and the exchange of staff with dinners getting their meals in the line.
The variety of tortillas and protein offerings give a good chance everyone in your party will find something they like.
We tried the chicken tacos on flour tortillas and they were awesome! The chicken was tender and seasoned well. We also has the fish tacos, which tasted ok, but were underwhelming. The corn tortillas they were on were great though. With both tacos we had different vegetables and found them to be fresh.
Would like to comment the 3 taco meal was too much food for my male companion who had a big appetite (I could only get thru 1.5). It's A LOT of food.
Our only true disappointment were the tortilla chips. Very unappetizing to us. We threw them out. The queso, on the other hand, was really good.
Finally, we really enjoyed that they carry Maine Root Soda.

Cabo Bob's is one of my local Austin favorites. High quality and a variety of ingredients to make good food. I personally think it's way better than Chipotle. You can get a variety of dishes from burrito bowls, burritos, salads, quesadillas, and nachos!!! The burritos are the size of a baby's head. Another great part about Cabo Bob's is they have a variety of tortillas: flour, smoky cheddar, ancho chili, and cilantro tomatillo. I'm fan of them all but smokey cheddar is probs my favorite. They also cook the tortillas fresh in front of you. All the ingredients are fresh and made on site. Their proteins are flavorful from the usuals chicken, steak, pork. They also have more unique ones like brisket and fried fish. I love the fried fish tacos or burritos.
My go to order is a surf and turf burrito. Smoky cheddar tortilla, steak and fried fish loaded with all the veggies. Pro tip you can get half orders of certain proteins if you want a variety. Cabo Bob's does it well. Huge portions and quality ingredients. The line is long but the service is fast! Another great tip they have punch cards for you to get rewarded.

Self service style restaurant- order at counter, pay, pickup, sit down, discard the trash, and return the trays.
Lines can get long during rush hours though. But your patience will be rewarded with great food.

The taste of being of being on vacation; the casual approach to tacos and burritos served here makes other chains look bad. Great food, and great atmosphere.
Had heard from locals this is a great stop, had just not been able to make the rounds… didn’t disappoint. Few locations around town, word is they are all just as good.
One key point here is :Freshness … the ingredients and wvwn preparation process is on the spot ..: so great tasting fresh beach style food is what you get. Def a well earned two thumbs up. 👍
Always my favorite burrito place with their affordable and giant burritos. Steak burrito is my go to with the ancho Rancho, love the fillings and it’s a huge portion. We always do a pickup because it’s easy and they have dedicated pickup spots.
3rd Cabo Bob's location visited and did not disappoint. Took food to go, but atmosphere seemed similar to other locations. Food is excellent and as I have said before, this is what Chipotle should strive to be.
We love to come here!!! The cashier is such a nice person always trying to help you !!! She doesnt get mad if you forgot to order at the beginning of the line....she is willing to help you all the time !!!! Food awesome try the grilled steak tacos with smokey cheddar yummy!!!
This is the first time I'm eating here. My son has told me about this place. The chips and queso are great. I had a chicken burrito that was fantastic, except the poblano peppers were really raw and hard to eat. They really should grill them.
