Great Starbucks with amazing staff, wonderful service, and great coffee. The triple shot grande cappuccino is my favorite. Plenty of parking. A must.
I had the best Starbucks experience ever this morning!! So I wanted to drop a review.
My morning trip is always pleasant when visiting this Starbucks location and this morning it was no different.The whole staff really is amazing. They keep me coming back with their smiles and friendly attitude. Nice job.
At some point the managers need to establish a unified practice regarding reusable cups, it's pretty varied currently. Some baristas make you put the cup in a mug to refill, others will just handle them no problem, and for some reason some refuse to handle them in any way and insist on a new cup. I know it's just a cup, but I've seen all three practices in my last three visits.
“These chairs are comfortable” was the first thing my girlfriend said when we ordered and sat down at this Starbucks cafe to enjoy our fall-flavoured drinks.
This is an excellent location! I arrived during a very busy time and could see how efficiently the staff was operating. They had good workload, making drinks, delivering them to the pick up area, and calling out customers' names. Additionally, when you picked up your order, you received it with a smile.
When I was 2nd in line, I was asked if I had a food order by an employee near the register. What a smart idea! Had I, I would have waited less time to receive it because he would have had it in process.
The store is spacious and they've closed tables for COVID safety. This allows for adequate social distancing while waiting to pick up your order. Many Starbucks locations don't have this luxury.

I’ve been in Austin for a long time, and this Starbucks location has always been my favorite Starbucks in Austin. Again Kobe was a big hit with everyone from Starbucks employees to Starbucks customers. So, we hung out there for a while. I treated myself to chocolate croissant along with my Latte, while Kobe soaked in all the attention she was getting. I’ve been there so many times, I didn’t take pictures of the store. Except a close up of Kobe, since some may remember her. But, we’re going to be back there soon.
I go to this Starbucks around 10-11AM and there’s hardly ever a wait, the staff is always on their toes and pumping out orders super fast. They are the best!
Our favorite of all Starbucks in the area! Beautiful and overall great location PLUS customer service with warm and reliable greetings. My boys love that they have copper coated stickers too!
Odd, but we don't often visit Starbucks. This is now a destination stop for one of our local group bike rides. We had forgotten our masks so we downloaded the App and completed an order. Pretty simple process.
The plant-based order was finished within a few minutes and the app let us know that all we needed to do was pick it up at the drink pick up area, easy enough.
The store was clean and the staff was pleasant, but we did not have to interact with too many people.
They have plenty of outdoor seating at this location. We will likely continue using this place as a designated meeting or stop location along our rides.
