I had the salmon with saffron couscous. The meal overall was delicious. Some parts of the salmon were a bit dry, but the sauce made up for that. I also had the crab bisque soup. It was tasty, but a little salty.

While shopping at Nordstrom my wife and I decide to enjoy lunch at Bazille. We seem to be early where few were dining here and we were seated on the balcony facing the low rise buildings at the Domain NORTHSIDE. Of all the times I have been here I never sat on the balcony so felt like a new experience.
I ordered a glass of Rosé and the Portabella Mushroom Ravioli where the menu stated included oven roasted tomatoes, basil, and parmesan cream sauce. Our server was very nice and friendly.
Soon our food arrived and the ravioli was nicely presented and tasted unbelievably good. It had great flavor and delicious. It was a nice to enjoy relaxing lunch on the balcony where the weather was nice and pleasant.

On a day of last minute holiday shopping I needed a something to lightly fill me up, and since I was at Nordstrom decided to have an early lunch at Bazille. I have been here before and the food has always been good. On this occasion decided to sit at a table versus hang out at the bar. I looked the menu and selected a cup of the Signature Housemade Soup which was Potato Soup.
When my cup of soup arrived it was nicely beautifully presented with a piece of toasted bread on top. The soup was outstanding with wonderful flavor. It had tasty ingredients and nice and warm. I almost regret from ordering a bowl but a cup was sufficient.
Overall another great meal where the service was excellent, and great atmosphere.
The food is absolutely delicious. We celebrated my daughter’s 21st birthday there and I can’t express how wonderful the food and service was. Fernando was our waiter and he was amazing! He went above and beyond to make it special for her. Thank you Fernando! We will be back!
My Wife and I love this place. We go for lunch and dinner. Vibe is great. Food is chef prepared and excellent. We love shopping at Nordstrom‘s. Lately we have been going there strictly for Bazille. RosaMaria is amazing ask for her. She knows my order better than I do. Wish more restaurants treated you like family like she does. She is off Monday and Tuesday. I started eating healthy lately, and they make healthy food. Taste amazing. Check it out you wont regret it.

Nice and a large variety to choose from to accommodate all tastes. If you are picky, the avocado mango cran salad could do with a bit more lemon and the chicken sausage was dry. Still a rally good meal. They give you calories and allow for undercooked meat if you need that.
It’s actually very funny to me how delicious this random restaurant on the second floor of Nordstrom is 😂
We’ve had a great dinner here before (which I will find pictures for), with the only drawback being that the closed at 8.
This time we went in for lunch before a weekend shopping trip and were once again pleasantly surprised. I had the mushroom ravioli and my husband ordered the salmon Niçoise salad. We obviously started with monkey bread because it was the weekend.
Everything was delicious and filling. The service is good here as well.
I made a reservation in the Nordstrom restaurant on accident the first time, but we’ve been back again because of how good it was once we arrived. Will definitely be back on another weekend.
I have been meaning to check out Bazille for a while and after my original lunch plans fell through I decided to finally give it a try. I must say I'm glad I did. This restaurant is great, the food absolutely fantastic, the staff was incredibly nice, prices decent, and drinks superb. The food is so fresh and never feels heavy or overly greasy and the portions worth the price point. I definitely recommend checking it out when you can, grab a drink, and enjoy your experience. You'll find Bazille on the 2nd floor of Nordstrom in the Domain and they have both indoor and outdoor seating.
What a surprise to find amazing craft cocktails upstairs in Nordstrom.
I tripped over this place and had to try the Brussels Sprouts—outstanding. Their twist is the chicken sausage and Chile de Arbol which gave the dish a nice, spicy, savory profile. The crab bisque is also very flavorful and beats the lobster bisque at The Grove, which is saying something.
The cocktails are very good, and I appreciate the variety of flavors. As a mezcal lover, Smoke and Heat brought it home for me. However, blueberry blush was sweet and perfect for a hot day, and the Weekend Getaway was an excellent grapefruit-y spin on a traditional tequila sour.
If the drinks and starters are anything to go by, I’m happy to return for a full meal soon. It’s oddly convenient having a place to crash with craft cocktails within viewing distance of your other half while they do their shopping, and I’m here for it.
The food here is delicious. today I had the small Cesar salad topped with parmesan cheese croutons 2 small slices of sardines drenched in their house made creamy Cesar dressing and a slice of toasted cheese .I also tried their Turkey club sandwich with a side of season fries and a cold glass of tea . Bazille is located in side of Nordstrom on the 2nd floor its a fancy spot if you asked me. I felt a little out of place but who cares ..its worth trying I say so if you are new to the Austin area and happen to be shopping anywhere in the domain especially at Nordstrom give them a try you will not be disappointed .
While the food and service were good, we waited a very long time for our food. We were seated around 2:00 pm, the restaurant wasn't full by any means, but our food took 30 - 45 minutes to be delivered. They seemed short staffed, the bartendar was mixing drinks and waiting tables. Maybe the kitchen was short staffed as well. We ordered off the brunch menu and I had to send my order back (which they comped and were very appologetic about), but I had to wait a long time for the replacement. I will definitly go back and give it another try - and I'd love to have drinks there after shopping.
The Nordstrom Burger was great! The Gnocchi Chicken Meatball was really good too! If you're ever in The Domain, you should swing by and try it out!
This is my second time coming here, first tine was for Valentines Day and the experience was excellent. Came here to give it a second try and we were just as impressed.
The salad was simply amazing. I forgot which one it was but it had manchego cheese and strawberries that was simply amazing. The French onion soup was hearty, not too salty and was done very well. The arugula prosciutto pizza was just perfect.
Our server was a total sweetheart. Super friendly, energetic and made great recommendations. She was also very attentive and made the experience even better. Don’t overlook this place just because it’s in a Nordstrom. Also the price was very reasonable too so you can have a great meal here even on a budget.
We've been twice now. Both times we enjoyed delicious food and attentive service. Beautiful views of the Domain area, especially nice at sunset. The complementary chocolate with bill is a nice touch 👌.

New Review: Bazille has always been good food, with great atmosphere and excellent service. The service has crashed and burned. I assume this is related to the difficulties of maintaining service staff in the new era, but if you can't pay enough to get excellent, knowledgeable, timely staff at the prices your charging, perhaps it's time to rethink your business model. The wait for a cup of coffee was interminable (20 min after we ordered our entire order because it took 15 minutes for the service person to even come over after we were seated). The rest of the meal was more of the same. It was a relief to finally get the check 2 hours later and just flee. I'm so disappointed how awful this experience was and I hope they do something to improve.

Our favorite place to eat lunch. The Cilantro shrimp salad is the best. The staff are wonderful and the ambience is peaceful and never packed.
You can always be guaranteed a nice meal and great service at Nordstrom’s cafe, now called Bazille.
One of my go-to dishes is the salmon with couscous and tzatziki. Never fails to satisfy. Light with a great Mediterranean slant.
Sitting on the patio on a nice day is a bonus.
The food was great, the music was great, and the drinks were great. We were able to get a table for 6 without wait on a Saturday at 8 pm. Def recommend checking this joint out!
