Really great place for lunch the food is great. I had the Market special with spicy lamb balls very good. The price is a little high but it seems to be that way everywhere in downtown Austin. I here for a few days so I will probably be back. Has a nice little area out front to set to if you want to people watch.
Perfect place for a quick healthy lunch. Really LOVED my custom bowl. I felt full and energized. I would go back anytime. The only improvement would be to find a way to make the menu a bit more visible, as it was hard to read while waiting in line, or even from closer up.
Delicious healthy food option. I got the super green/ baby spinach salad. The lamb and chicken meat, the tzatziki, red pepper hummus, eggplant hummus, ALL the toppings. And added yogurt dill and some other sauce. It’s pricey, but tasty and healthy. I ate half and saved the rest for tomorrow. Their oatmeal chocolate chip with sea salt is pretty good too. I also really like their cucumber mint juice. Went after 2pm to avoid the lunch crowds.
Cava is one of my absolute favorite restaurants! Their spicy lamb meatballs are something that I CRAVE!!! Lilly has helped me several times in crafting my bowl, and she is always friendly and professional. She’ll even recommend her favorite items if you need! Love this place!
GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!!!!! the best cava bowl I ever had. I could taste the love and care that went into crafting this impeccable bowl with the most amazing service. This employee went above and beyond and I think deserves to be the CEO. never in my life have I been so impressed by someone scooping Mediterranean adjacent food to a bowl. 10000/10!!!!!!!!!!!!

Keep in mind this is a Mediterranean franchise with all kinds of healthy food options and drinks to go that are hard to find these days.
Across from the Littlefield building which houses investment firms, start up tech capital company bases of operation, and more on the upper floors which gets lots of people walkong over here daily thru 10pm!
The Capital one point itself is a corner with tables, wifi, outlets, and a calm environment people walk in to work from and relax if you need that after eating here.
Restrooms are new age looking , well maintained and kept clean as they try to balance the occasional visit from the homeless which are around every corner of this area panhandling at all hours of the morning, day, and night.
High traffic and all kinds of crazy things and people will you see if you stick around long enough.
Very hospitable customer service here but keep in mind rarely have the time or energy left to talk with you as it's a subway kind of model where everything is fast and furious.
Been supporting occasional IT clients in this area for over ten years so very familiar with all the businesses up and down Congress fyi!
Parking forget about it!
(Best to figure out a ride to this area or a day pass deal under $20 at a garage and walk to this area, what few public paid parking meter spots remain within walking distance I would not trust in this area fyi I warned you.)
A word of advice:
What with strict towing , parking tickets, theft, people on foot walking I. Front of vehicles not in their right mind, and all the scooters and bicycle folk that will pop out of nowhere be careful getting in and out of this busy high traffic area central hub!
Went in late on a Sunday evening and received the quickest and nicest customer service. Jason, Cerise, and Erick were awesome and kind. Highly recommend this location. It was a very clean, large space for being downtown, and the food tasted awesome.
We loveee Cava, the food is delicious. However, for whatever reason the recent portion sizes have been incredibly disappointing. Idk if it's whoever is working or someone made a decision but if someone made a decision they need to revert it because this is going to affect our desire to buy going forward.
AMAZING!! The food, the service and the atmosphere. This is my first time in Cava and it was soo good. A friend recommended this location. Being my first time I wasn't sure what to select the staff was so nice and patient with me. They were busy but they didn't rush me or make me feel bad for asking questions. They took their time to help me. The dish I selected was delicious and fresh. Thank you so much to Erik, Brenda and Jason. They made the experience even better.
Amazing staff who are super friendly and polite. Great location downtown with double pane windows so you can’t even hear traffic outside. And of course, amazing food with fresh quality. I come here everyday for lunch (and sometimes dinner cause it’s so good). Highly recommend.
This was my first time at Cava and I’m a fan. This is just like a Mediterranean chipotle conceptwise, just the ingredients are more Mediterranean. We made our own bowls and it was delicious and healthy. Would recommend for a quick lunch!

I stopped by recently to grab some food, only to find that the service was absolutely amazing. The food was fresh and delicious. The process from start to finish was quick and easy! Lilly’s friendly personality and willingness to ensure we have an enjoyable experience always stands out every time we go. She consistently wears a smile and leaves us feeling so happy, which really sets her apart like a bright light in Austin. The food is also super yummy and is a great healthy option.
