This store is easily my favorite Jersey Mike's and also one of my favorite sandwich shops anywhere in the city. The Original Italian on Parmesan -- made-to-order "Mike's Way" -- is consistent, well-portioned, and just right for a lunch meal. Reasonable price point for lunch.
That said, the best thing about this store is the friendly, hard-working staff. Whenever I see Kenna, Daelin, and Sal, I know I'm about to get top notch service from start-to-finish. Over the months and years ahead, I look forward to meeting all of the staff at this location because this store knows how to hire awesome employees and train them so that the experience is welcoming and consistent.
Keep Kenna, Daelin, and Sal around, and I'll be a Jersey Mike's customer for life.
Normally I don't review chain restaurants cause as you all know, they are all mostly trash but,, Jersey Mike's is the closest thing you can get to a "grinder" like you can get at any pizza shop in New England, largely cause their bread is decent.
My only complaints about this, or any Jersey Mike's are 1. STOP asking me if I want it Mike's way. I want it MY way. 2. Add black olives to your vegetable selection so you can serve a real grinder.
Otherwise, good job as usual.

In all honesty I’m not really a sub kinda gal but when I tried their subs I was impressed. As I always like to say, “outstanding performance” Also thank you Sarianna !
Service can be slow especially when busy. Best to order ahead with app. Love the chicken Philly but wish peppers were cooked until tender.

This place is the best. Ive eaten jersey mike’s a ton and picked up mobile orders for uber even more. Probably hundreds of times. No matter what the crew is prompt, courteous, and professional. Thanks for making my lunch and my job better! :)

The owner and staff went above and beyond during the winter storm of 2021. Every place was closed and the manager opened up and served so many hungry cold people while the staff were happy to do it.
The line was long, but the staff did what they could to be efficient with taking orders. We had to wait a little longer for one our sandwiches, and the staff checked on us twice to make sure our sandwich was getting made. Note - it was only two minutes. I never get that kind of attention even at a slow restaurant after standing there for way longer.
THE BEST PART:
While I was waiting in line, a customer next to me was speaking to the manager. Apparently people were calling the store to see if was opening and the manager had the calls routed to his cell phone in case the power went down. The manager called everyone back that called him, including the customer to let them know they were open. The manager apologized, and I still don't know why, but the customer reassured him that they were driving around for over an hour trying to find somewhere to eat and were just so thankful for the extra thought to call him back.
Also - I might have been starving, but definitely one of the best subs I have had to date.
Sandwich's are always great fresh and very tasty however today they messed my order and put the wrong sandwich. The owner called and apologized and hand deliver the correct one to my door. Amazing customer service never experienced that before. Will be coming back and letting friends know that they always make it right
Love this Jersey Mikes! My husband has been coming here since he was a kid. We’re here fairly often now. They’re always friendly and the sandwiches are great. Other jersey mikes locations just don’t feel the same. Even though we’ve moved way up to north Austin we still stop here every time we come down south.
