Great location. Easy to find from the access road. Great place to stop after hitting Costco. Love the sandwiches here. The salad is great too!
I love the product these guys sell and the idea that they help local fire departments with donations and well deserved recognition is an awesome platform to build upon. They have always been a bit pricier than some other options but when compared dollar for dollar you truly get what you pay for. Great food from high quality ingredients made to order is the name of their game and they always deliver. Not super fast but on par with other spots nearby so its always a good choice.
I had the limited time pepperoni meatball sub on garlic bread. It was amazing! Hot! Delicious! Custom service was on point as well and I love the support each employee shows one another!!

I had never tried a sub at Firehouse before. I happened to be next to it in a shopping area, decided to try their subs. Very delicious and I donated to first responders. I tried just one of their subs, steak and cheese, very good. It's a clean place, wonderful and helpful staff, definitely plan to go back and try more of their subs.

Tasty, fresh sandwiches that I’d almost forgotten about until someone catered them for a meeting. Super fresh and with a good cause. They are automatically warmed up and their turkey is amazing.
Super good ingredients. Even if the sandwich only has 3 of them, It's still something that I can't make at home. I really appreciate variety of sides offered.
Got the Hook and Ladder sub on the Tmobile Tuesdays deal. Daniel was fun and friendly. Atmosphere was fun. The sub sandwich was incredible! I go to all the other sub shops and haven't really been to Firehouse. But they definitely won me over. We will be coming here instead. The whole sub was so much tastier than anywhere else we've been nationwide. I was impressed! I tend to shy away from sandwich places because I dont particularly like bread, but the bread here was really, really good. Very highly recommend.
I like the steamed subs. I'd recommend sticking to their deli sandwiches. If you want a cheesesteak or dont prefer steamed subs go across William Cannon to Jersey Mikes. Clean and plenty of dine in seating.
Best firehouse I’ve been too in a while. Excellent ambient, great employees that greet you as soon as you enter the restaurant, and quality food.
Firehouse is the best. What a sandwich. Really hits the spot. We have the veggie one (minus mushrooms and plus jalapeños) and it is done so well. The hot sauces are gone post covid (semper fi and woman scorned [lol] were best along with usual like Texas Pete, Frank's Redhot and Tabasco and Cholula). Worth eating for that nice sandwich craving satisfaction. Prices are a tad higher but worth it now and then

My wife enjoyed an 8" New York Steamer and I enjoyed a 4" Cubano. Both sandwiches were delicious.

Ordered a pick up order and when I got there, everyone working was super friendly and kind. Only complaint is the food (Italian sub) wasn't warm at all when I sat down at work to eat it, which is 7 minute drive down the road, and the bread wasn't toasted like the ordering suggests based on one of the options is "extra toasted"... Will be going back again regardless because aside from this incident, the food and kind employees are otherwise consistent.
I had 2 subs here in the last 2 weeks. In each case the subs were excellent. Well made and consistent. Firehouse offers a great selection + 3 size choices for individuals. More than most sub shops. Also they have a really great line up of chips and a soda machine that vends many choices. Taken together for flavor / quality this beats most of the offerings of many shops. Yes their pricing is a bit higher than others. If you are flavor conscious and want selection they are a top choice. The service is fast, and the team is well staffed, polite, the place is well kept. Your money buys something better than you will find elsewhere. If you are price driven over quality & choice, you can save $ and get the standard fare of 5 or 6 sandwitch choices in 2 sizes, paired with 3 - 5 lower tier chip choices and a standard line of 5 drink offerings. You will often find lower staffing, longer wait lines, and the storefronts are less well kept with that choice.
