Thank you to Peter and Omar for replacing my drink. It's been a pretty rough morning..but that turned it around. From Peter taking care of the issue, over the phone when I called, to Omar making the first contact with me when I arrived, and he remade my drink. Very, very helpful!! Thank you both for the help!! Truly, truly appreciate it. :) Time was about 12:40pm today. :)
Coffee as we all know, is quality, except the one time they seemed to have put very little coffee in my order. It was a lil watery that time, but Other times it's been good. Good location. Gentrified area.

I would Just like to give a shout out to Omar at the window. He gave the best costumer service that i have received from all the Starbucks Ive been too. I know Starbucks can get busy and baristas can get overwhelmed but you can tell he doesn't take it out on costumers at all. He was kind and attentive and was very understanding. I went for my birthday gift and I didn't know that it had expired but he gave it to me anyway and i appreciate that. I saw that many other people like Omar in the reviews and believe he should get a raise!! Once again Thank you Omar!
Always an awesome experience at the riverside location. Omar took my order & is literally the sweetest. He's amazing at helping me create a new drink or offering me new items with a positive attitude every time. Ever, made my drink this time, using the Oleato in the cold foam. Came out PERFECT. Thanks guys🖤
Great service at the drive thru. I'm trying to order drinks with low sugar. Zander and Lucy were very sweet and informative. I will come back to this location.
Kind great, great service, and available drive-thru! What else do you need from Starbucks? They made my ordered just right. Make sure you try their pistachio Frappuccino!

First time I had the caramel frappachino with oat milk and it tasted like chocolate milk. Yuck I despise chocolate milk. I will not go to this Starbucks again.
Service was excellent, food was "meh"/okay, and the matcha tea was delightful

Ok, these 1 star reviews are complete garbage and lies. I go to this Starbucks, Wednesday to Saturday every week (I know don't say it). By God, are these employees the best. They always make my order correctly, compliment my on my hair or sweatshirt (and mean it). They never huff when I'm being difficult or asking for changes to things, they are THOUGHTFUL. If you've ever worked a job like this, you know how well these employees are doing their job. I'll have you know I myself was never that nice in that position 😂. Great work, every morning. Please ignore the insane people who caught someone on a bad morning.
9 times out of 10 when I go through the drivethru here, the person at the window is the friendliest person ever. Like I’m convinced they are trained to try to make each customer smile somehow. Anything from complimenting my hair or shirt to making a comment about a book they saw in my car or the sunny weather. It’s cute bc it’s like I’m paying for a coffee and a smile. That was so cheesy but it’s true 😂
