I don't normally shop at this store but I was in the area for a medical appointment and stopped by afterwards for a few sale items. Neil in the meat department was so nice to personally cut me 4 beautiful, thick, bone-in rib eye steaks that were on sale. He went out of his way to see that the meat not only met my my expectations but his first. I may start making this store a regular on my shopping route just so Neil can help me with my meat selection.
I've visited this location on several occasions and have not had a negative experience thus far. The soups, fried chicken and macaroni and cheese in the deli area are all tasty. The line moves quickly and the employees have been very friendly. I'll be back again soon for sure.
Randalls is awesome. I'm old enough to remember family-owned grocery stores, and this is the real deal. It carries expected brands but you also find unusual things you do not see elsewhere. All of the associates are friendly and go that extra step to be helpful.
This store is rarely crowded, close in parking is always available, the staff is always helpful, and any wait at the pharmacy is blissfully short. The process can be a little higher than some other stores, but the time you save makes it more than worth it, and during a pandemic the lack of crowds is an enormous plus. The pharmacy prices are lower than drug stores and often lower than other grocery stores. Did I mention there is rarely more than 1 other person in line?
This place is closing down I think today was its last day I raised my glass to you randalls you were right across the street from my work you made my water and work expenses great. Your staff was awesome these soup bar was great for quick grabs Starbucks always had good smells and the occasional great drink staff is very friendly thanks for keeping us up for the last 8 months.
The only reason for this 4 star review was because of there fresh baked cookies in the bakery section. Well done randalls. Store overall is way overpriced. If you want to spend the same and quality stuff just turn around and go to central market.
A pretty good store! It never feels crowded and the aisles have plenty of space. I wish there was a bit more variety in selection of some items, and the prices are hit or miss. Also the bakery items are OK
It's a pretty solid store. Plenty of variety, so the quality of product ranges from brand to brand, but over all not bad. My one major complaint is that the produce can be pretty bad (moldy fruit, rotten vegetables, wilted stuff, etc) so if you want fruit, this isn't really the place. Other then that, it's quick, easy, and efficient for small-scale grocery runs.
Not too crowded. Overall, if you use the Randall's app you save money on the lots of items. The store is a national chain so it usually has better pricing on national brands unlike the local Texas chain
Solid store, with a little bit of everything, it has a Starbucks, a deli and a pharmacy. Their produce section is well stocked with wide selection of fresh fruits and vegetables; and if you're looking for meat there's a large wall of great looking protein at the back of the store.
FANTASTIC service by the Assistant Manager! He hooked me up with the Randalls coupon card and I totally have a new favorite grocery store!! Don't leave your grocery cart unattended because they will restock the isles with your food. Definitely bring your own bags because theirs are not sturdy enough to pack like normal grocery bags. They have the BEST MEAT SALES !!!
Easy to find stuff, great specials. 38th street location too small for Butcher counter, but they will cut you whatever you need. Loyalty card gets you fantastic deals. Love Randall's!
