The food and the environment was amazing! Super fun and cute place. There was a strange smell at first but it was nothing bad. The food is great and so is the service. I got the seasonal pumpkin French toast which was very tasty. But what I most recommend is the queso! Super tasty and yummy and a great appetizer!
This is a little unfair as I am already a Kerbey fan, but I have never visited the Mueller location. I anticipated parking issues but that was not the case. Parked out front! The food was excellent as is usually the case with Kerbey but what stood at the most was the service staff. They were snappy quick, super kind and inviting. Management came over a few times to check in as well. I also like the vibe. Bright and cleaner that most. Kudos!!
Ahhh Kerbey lane is a 10/10! We had such a great experience here. The food is simply fantastic. I got the chicken and cinnamon pancakes and had everyone looking at my plate šš
Spacious restaurant with big high ceilings, lots of seating, a full bar, breakfast 24/7, and some of the best espresso Iāve had in atx!
The food is plated very well and delicately- almost artsy- not something you see a lot in a ādinerā setting. A pleasant surprise that definitely elevated the eating experience.
Our server was great! She was patient and came to check on us a couple times. It was perfect.
The only thing I can say is the syrup dispenser that came with our meal was sticky, so we put a napkin on the handle- problem solved! (And honestly, the syrup at this location taste better and has better consistency than some of the other KL locations. But shhhh thatāll be our little secret.)
Anyways, itās pretty cool they have a full bar with beer on tap, and their espresso machine is huge and fancy- no wonder it tastes so good.
Will be back!
We have been to Kirbey Lane cafe many times. We have also ordered online. Almost everytime, I liked all kind of food from breakfast options to lunch & dinner options. They have good vegetarian options. Their veg Chilli is must try. This is one of the Diners I never get bored of. If you live in Austin or just visiting, you should definitely try this Diner.
Great place to dine on the patio with our dog. Right next to the splash pads and a community area.
Brunch or lunch meals- all were great, even those with special instructions.
Gluten-free options pancakes available. LOVE the Maine root sodas made with cane sugar.
Server was great, and other people were accepting of each other's friendly pups.
Went for lunch and had delicious queso and a darn good burger! The chips were even surprisingly good. Burger bun was toasted perfectly, meat seasoned well. Fries were decent. Went to the RR location a week later and Mueller was much better in comparison.
First time visiting the Kerby at Mueller. Itās very nice and open. The breakfast is the best! I had the breakfast platter with eggs, sausage and banana pancakes! My husband had the salmon and brussel sprouts are amazing!
My husband and I have come here several times and food is always standard and good. However, this time, it was exceptional mostly because of our waiter Bella. Bella was very attentive, went of their way to make our time at Kerbey lane so pleasant. Thanks so much! Will come back again!
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Kerbey Lane on my week long trip to Austin. I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided by Drew and the mouthwatering food that followed. He greeted us warmly upon being seated and offered clear and concise explanations for the menu ensuring we were well informed when making our food choices. The food was exceptionally delicious! The diverse selection of vegan choices made it difficult to settle for just one option. Highly recommend.
I do love Kerbey Lane due to their allergen & vegan friendly options (my oldest daughter has a severe milk allergy, I'm vegan, my other kids are regular diet). Their food is so good! Parking at all of their locations is not ideal and hard to find a spot, as it's all street parking. Some locations have meters and you have to pay to park, so heads up. But, service is fantastic at all the locations I have been & food is absolutely delectable!
A classic Austin brunch spot! The options here are endless. If you want pancakes or French toast, then they are fantastic here. If you want migas or even dinner food like green Chile Mac and cheese, then they are also fantastic here.
I recommend getting a Kerbey queso to share with the people you are with and trying the pancakes with a swirl on them!
I liked my pancake and enchilada a lot. The enchilada had a lot of queso on there which I loved.
Call ahead or join waitlist online. Great location, small farmers market across the way to browse and shop: the breakfast entries were excellent. Locals and server recommended pulled pork eggs Benedict and the swirl pancakes . Def wonāt want to skip those.
It was a very nice experience on a Sunday noon. Initially we were told that there's a wait time of 30 mins, however we got a text within just five minutes! There's a farmers market right across it on Sunday, so you can kill the wait time over there.
Food wise it was good, we got the Chilaquiles and the Eggs Benedict. Quantity wise pretty good, the chicken in the Eggs Benedict was a little dry, but good overall. The mocha and latte were nice as well. Our only mini complaint is that the cups are really wide, so everything gets cold pretty fast.
If you sign up on their app, you will get a free pancake! We didn't get one because we were super full, but that's a nice touch.
We were visiting Austin and stopped in because of the recommendation by our daughter that lives there. We were a party of 7 plus an baby. We arrived before noon to have brunch. Our waiter was Brandon M, he did a fabulous job, when you visit here you should ask for him. He was pleasant to work with and very efficient in taking orders and delivering them. The kitchen had the food order completed in a timely manner.
We ordered 2 bloody Marys, 2 coffees and the rest had ice water.
For appetizers we ordered Kerbey Queso and chips, Tamarind Glaze Brussel Sprouts and Hummus with Pita. All three were fabulous. The Brussel Sprouts were fried and slightly crisp, perfect. The queso was super creamy, hummus was just a little spicy.
The main dishes we ordered were Paris Texas Platter, Breakfast Platter, Crispy Chicken Benedict w/ JalapeƱo sausage, Short Stack of pancakes w/ sides of biscuit and bacon, Chilaquiles, Migas, and Avacado Toast.
Everyone reported their food was spectacular, but I can say personally that the Crispy Chicken Benedict was amazing, though I'd liked the egg yolks runny.
We will definitely dine here again and if you haven't been you should definitely give them a try.
Visited this location recently while traveling on I-35 because it was the location least off the beaten path, and I was pleasantly surprised by its modern vibe compared to other locations I'd been to. It definitely fits in with the look of the surrounding buildings. I didn't see a parking garage nearby, so beware it's paid parking on the street. Huge shoutout to Drew for being such an awesome server! I went for the Denver omelette with a side of sausage and treated myself to a single pumpkin pancake as my second side. The pancake was a tad on the dry side, but with some butter and syrup, it did the trick. All in all, a good experience!
