I placed an order online a few weeks ago for delivery and unfortunately there was a mishap with my order due to it being a busy day. Once I called the store and let them know, they were so apologetic and accommodating to me. I didn’t except or ask for much, as I just wanted it adjusted. they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Most sandwich shops are fast pace and are not personal. Thank you for taking your time to make sure your customers are happy. I couldn’t be more appreciative or satisfied. Not to mention they have delicious food. 10/10 recommend.

They were able to make an exception and deliver to my address even though I was slightly outside the delivery zone (by like a block). Super nice, great customer service. Definitely my go-to JJ’s!
These guys are always great! Best food quality and consistency, plus they're fast on deliveries and friendly in store too. Top it off, I just left my phone in the restaurant and one of the guys ran out after me to return it. Great place!
They really are Freaky Fast! Before I'm even done paying they normally have my sandwich ready. The staff is always very friendly! Ordering online for pick up has come in handy for our office because we are right outside of the delivery area.
An absolutely outstanding Jimmy Johns. I can pick up the phone and have a sandwich ordered in 30 seconds, and have it arrive in barely 10 minutes. These guys are cool and personable, and the sandwich quality gives Subway something to worry about. Hungry and want good food NOW? Call these guys.
A top notch Jimmy Johns. These guys are true to the commercial. Your sandwich is usually ready by the time you're finished paying. At this locale there's a decent amount of seats, say 20. Every time I come in I see drivers heading out the door. I live a mile away and decided to call carry out to time them last week - 3 minutes at 6:30 pm on a week night. Blew me away. Love the bread love the speed love Jimmy Johns.
They always hook me up over here, I work at Charles Maund VW right down the street, and just like they advertise, sometimes they show up so quickly that I think they just ride around Austin with pre made sandwiches in the car waiting for people to order them. Always a great choice for when you are in a hurry and can't wait to eat lunch!

This here Jimmy was conveniently located for us, but not conveniently located enough to where he would deliver right to us. Apparently their delivery radius was two square meters and we was 2.1 away. No matter, we could swing in and grab some 8-inch sammies on the dirt cheap. My dear companion tended towards a turkey sub with oil and vinegar and stuff and things. She's a good sammich-maker, and Jimmy lets you pick all kinds of things to put on your sammie, some of them for no extra charge. Me myself, I'd get me a roast beef sammich with Jimmy peppers, grilled onions, whole grain mustard, and whatever else I want, and we keep it on the dirt cheap, especially if you already have some chips at the house. Jimmy give you a good price on your sammich, see, but then he go and shaft you on the chippies. We ain't about that life. Get you a big bag of kettle chips at the Heeb for a buck thirty-eight or whatever and you're a dadgum golden goose, silly or not. All in all, though, Jimmy is a good'n. I'd like to see Jimmy in the ring with Witch-Witch, though, that there'd be a good match-match. My money's on the Witch, truth be told, but I ain't gonna put TOO much on her, if you know what I mean.
I pretty much got the usual Jimmy John's experience here. They weren't quite as friendly and helpful as the one in Georgetown I've been to, and they were super skimpy with the avocado on the turkey Beach club.
The food at Jimmy Johns never disappoints. Insanely fast and delicious, and the ingredients always seem very fresh. I do wish they’d deliver to a larger area though.
