I just want to say that not only is the delicous the enviroment is very family friendly. And the food is priced to fit anybodys budget.

Love this place! They may hit and miss with bacon on their breakfast tacos but they are always good.The location is close, it's not expensive and the people are always nice.

This is a very affordable place. They are accepting credit cards now, which is very nice. They have a really nice lunch combo and a pork chop taco. Lemonade and tea is good.
I love this place ive been going since they opened their doors many years ago when I was little I loved to go get there Johnny boy special. Still do I better hurry its almost lunch time.
Cashier was extremes?lrude and got the order wrong they were not busy so it should've been simple for him to get it right. When the food came out it was bad. The bacon and egg wit cheese had no cheese and I guess the chopped up bits were bacon. The eggs were burnt. The Huevos Ranchro was gross eggs underooked. Sauce was nasty. Finally the migas were greasy All you could taste was vegetable oil

I love this place!! Food is great and affordable. The staff is always so friendly. Alex I believe the cashier name is....They have the best carne guisada.....I would recommand this place to everyone.... Thanks for always Making My breakfast borrito with no eggs..hahaha I know its a weird order...but tall are awesome...
I love Alonzo's, I've been going there pretty much my entire adult life. It is a family owned business that has home style cooking. The burger special is legendary and inexpensive! They have a take on the frito pie, where they put Carne guisada instead of chilli. I would highly suggest trying it for breakfast or lunch!
San Antonio type atmosphere. For the price the food is decent. Migas were served in aper plates and the portions could be bigger. bit most importantly they were not bad.
Been coming here since I was a kiddo, and now take my kiddos here. We love this place. I've never had a problem with my order being wrong.. and their employees are super nice. I recommend this place to everyone I know. Their migas sooooo good.
Mom & pop shop with Amazing foooood! The menudo is the best and their $5 burger lunch menu is a great cost effective, homemade lunch.
No longer exist. Was a neighborhood staple. Was the best Menudo when John Alonzo ran it along with his wife. Friendliest couple ever. Gonna miss it.
Alonzo's is a family business. They have been in the neighboorhood for decades and keeps photos of their patrons on the walls to share.
I love having breakfast here when I visit the old neighboorhood. Tacos are homemade and goooood!!
If you are near for lunch. Ask for the Johnny Boy special...best burger, fries and drink special around!!

Not your typical taco joint. This is a mom and pop spot. If your an austinite you know about this spot. Good carne guisada and pappas tacos. Good crispy tacos and good chorizo.
