Wow! Excellent take out pizza! As a transplanted jersey boy, I know pizza. I've had all kinds of pizza all over Texas, claiming to be new York style. None of it has been close, until now. If I was to not pick, maybe a little thicker crust and a little more cheese. But, dang its good the way it is.
We had a hankering for some NY style pizza, and Garducci's definitely delivered! Had the 18" extra large pepperoni and between the two of us there was not a slice left afterwards. Very glad to see more good restaurants in our neighborhood. We will definitely order from them again. (Note, the place looks to be mainly a takeout/delivery place, though there are a few high top tables if you want to eat in.)
They quoted me 40 to 45 mins but delivered closer to 30 or 35! I'm at the Hampton on Governor's Row.
The pizza cheese is good, the sauce has a nice flaver, if anything I'd like a thin crust option.
The food is good, service good, delivery awesome
I would order again if im in the area.
Being a New York transplant to Austin, I have searched Hi and low for authentic thin crust pies. The search is over! Excellent crust, well seasoned scratch made sauce, and great selection of toppings. Really good pie's
At first I was reluctant to leave a review because I didn't want to let the hipster crowd know that this hidden South Austin gem existed. Hands down better than home slice, more affordable, better taste, and best of all, no lines or weird ordering rituals!
Definitly the best pizza in Austin, very relaxed atmosphere and great customer service. Will come here over home slice any day of the week.
Very good pizza, I was disappointed that I was not able to sit and eat at Garducci's. For a pick up and take home pizza it is delicious and huge.
