Rachel had took my order the other day and it was my first time eating in a long time and she was great and amazing. The restaurant was so clean and amazing.

Fresh, fast and thick! Love their bread. My fave is cherry coke and their great soft drink ice. Add salt & vinegar chips plus a fresh, huge oatmeal raisin cookie and youβve got a super satisfying lunch. Only wish the staff were a happier bunch but being fast and accurate does say a lot about their work ethic. Keep adding rewards! They do incentivize more frequent visits.

I used to eat the location south on stassney when I worked at lowes, and it was the same experience every time. I used to goto the location on Burnet and braker lane, again same experience. And this location I have been too couple times but years apart, and as I expected same experience and it wad lunch time they were very busy yet every employee showed amazing focus and professionalism that anyone could ask for. Which I believe not only does it give a good experience , I believe it promotes customers to act accordingly, customers are kind to each other not to just the staff. Great job folks π π π
Staff was decent the sandwich was great and its very clean store just cold af i worked here for a week i like the#9 the big Italian & #12 the beach club on wheat sub 2 of the best sandwiches around and the 15 the tuna is legit
I dropped in to this location on a Sunday morning at 11:15 a.m. recently, and I had a large order of seven sandwiches. Todd did a great job of assembling my order quickly and correctly. When I asked to have one sandwich cut in half, he asked if I wanted all the sandwiches cut in half, which sounded like a great idea - I needed to keep everyone in my group happy. He also offered a good solution when one person in my group hadn't specified what type of mustard they wanted (Jimmy John's has three types!). I go to this location pretty often and have always had good service, but Todd was exceptional!
You can smell the clean when you walk in its spotless in there!! The employees are super friendly we had the honor of Raven and Pedro helping us tonight they were awesome and our food is great!! Will definitely come back!!!!
I am a regular customer at this location, I am very appreciative of the service I receive from Raven and his team Yousef, Pedro and Nathan. They are very friendly and I recieve my special sandwich in a timely manner with a smile and ensure that I come back again. I would recommend anyone to go to this location to recieve there sandwich. The location is alright. I have tried a few Jimmy Johns and they all are the same. The menu is basic and the food is alright. I much prefer firehouse subs or even subway at times. This place is a bit out of my way. I do like that they have a delivery option and I love their commercials for the delivery. The staff was nice and the food is reasonably priced.
So impressed! After I placed my online order around 8:30 pm, I received a pro-active call from the manager, Ryan. He called to inform me the delivery times were longer than expected. Most places would never do that, Ryan is a great employee and this is a great JJ store.
I love this place. Staff, service, food, everything. I've also had them cater office meetings and they never dissapoint. Sometimes I have ordered and I am a little over 2 miles away, but I make it work by meeting the driver at an exact 2 mile location. They are fast and friendly! Management there is so great too, they always know my order and I love it.
Love this Jimmy Johns, it's always busy in this area because of the large companies that surrounds the area, but they seriously just do so well at getting your sandwich out Freaky Fast! It's great, my orders always come out perfect, even with my special requests.
