This place is a gem 💎 everyone is so nice and down to earth :) the food is always spot on- please Frequent this place weekly. There are So many new things in the area I’d hate to lose this place !!!! Where else would I get my egg salad fix 💛

The first time I eat there and their attention and politeness made me want to come back soon. I mean the guy who served me had an excellent sense of humor and lively presentation, the kind of guys you like to hang out with and have fun.
The workers were so nice. I felt welcomed. The food slaps.
Great friendly service... Always fantastic sandwiches... Fresh ingredients. Family favorite in Austin.

The ladybird sandwich is awesome. The brownies are super good too. The staff is super friendly and nice easy going people. I had a different sandwich though I forget which one but it wasn't that good and I was a bit disappointed. They over loaded it with mayo or whatever other condiments and it was just a bit much.
The store is small but the staff is friendly and quick.
One of my favorite ThunderCloud locations in town. Management is engaged and caring. Employees here are patient, friendly, and helpful. The service from Alex today was superb. Every TC would be lucky to have someone like Alex working for them.
Highly recommend the Office Favorite (egg salad, bacon) and their New York Italian. Also, love their thunder sauce!

Great staff!!! Customized sandwich exactly as I wanted. They were polite and courteous. Yes, tattoos and interesting people represented. Really good sandwiches and attitudes also represented. I really love these guys! Tip them well! They deserve it for bringing people smiles and service!
SOO good. I never write reviews, but the avocado sandwich and the club sandwich are SOO bomb. They actually season their avocado, and don’t just throw it on the sandwich. And their bread, toasted to perfection. 10/10 will definitely come again.
The food is worth the wait: I had a fairly large order at a time when there were three employees in the store, but two of them were working on outside orders. I certainly understand the frustration of the people behind me in line who left, but the service was ultimately comparable to a similarly staffed Subway, the speed of service depends in part on the timing of your arrival.
This is a great local sub shop. It's like Subway, if Subway was good. The bread is fresh and soft. The fillings delicious and varied and each store has a unique personality. Don't go eat corporate schlock if you can go here instead.
