Im super sad to see that this truck shows as permanently closed. The food was amazing when I visited eith my wife. The service was great, the lady at the counter even made sure my wife got an extra bottle of water because the soda she had purchased wnded up being luke warm on a 90+ degree day. The pizza was crisp and delicious. You could taste all tbe flavors in the slice with a single bite, all the ingredients were well balanced. I also got a meatball sub that had salt baked into the crust. The tomato sauce the meatballs were resting in was so delicious on its own that the meatballs were just a bonus. Hopefully they arent shut down as Google suggests and I can visit them during my next trip to Austin.

Delicious fresh pasta right by Zilker Park in the Picnic Food Truck Park. The Carbonara is excellent and the bacon adds so much flavor. Yum! I wish I had known about this place earlier. The pasta does take about 10 minutes to prepare so if you are in more of a hurry, I’d choose one of the other food truck options in the same spot.

Best Italian food in Austin and it comes from a food truck. Everything is homemade and fresh, from the pasta, the sauces... The owner is Italian, so remember that when it comes to customer service. He is great!

This is some of the best Italian food I have ever had. The handmade gnocchi is so good and it melts in your mouth. Very good plate presentation as well. It is slightly cheaper than Olive Garden but so much more flavor.

Homemade pasta, good portions, nice selection of dishes and friendly owner. Fantastic Italian food truck that won't disappoint. Bolognese and spinach and cheese ravioli (best seller) was delicious.

I've had the carbonara here and it was pretty good. The sandwiches are crazy good though! Focaccia bread made from scratch. I think they rotate the sandwiches they make but I had a sirloin steak sandwich with baby bell cheese and like a horseradish aioli. Definitely the star of the show.

The spaghetti & meatballs was really good but it had secret ingredient which was not so secret. A slight essence of Fabuloso. You will get wafts of Fabuloso at this food truck park. It’s everywhere, including in the food. I wish places could use non toxic cleaning products that don’t have crazy artificial smells. People seem to think if you can smell the cleaner it must be clean?

Amazing food, must have sandwiches. The restaurant is operated by an Italian family who know what they're doing. Must visit!

The pasta bolognese was great, but the Texas style panini was excellent. This is a great food truck for authentic and Italian/Texan fusion cuisine!

Wow. The tortellini, pizzas, and chicken alfredo pasta were all amazing. Big portions for a low price. My new favorite Italian spot in the city. Will be back for the rest of the menu!

Had a delicious tomato-fresh mozzarella-basil-olive oil in focaccia, along with spinach and ricotta ravioli. Best Italian food truck in Austin! Trust me, I've tried the lot.

This has quickly become one of our favourite food trucks in Austin! Already tried several different dishes and they were always excellent. The owner is also super friendly. Combine a great Italian pasta with a bath in the Barton Springs and you'll have a perfect evening plan!
