Sort of what you'd expect from a Starbucks. Really good coffee, customer service and store layout. This location is a little different as it's foot traffic only in no drive through. It's also an older building converted into a Starbucks, so not like a modern Starbucks looking feel. They still make good coffee, have a good selection of food items and nice indoor and outdoor seating.
This was one of the best Starbucks experiences I have ever had. Emily was so knowledgeable and helpful with the questions I had about ingredients, and Madison went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Not to mention, the bathrooms are very nice. Truly love this Starbs location!
Beautiful Starbucks branch in a nice building with a great terrace. Perfect to spend a little time relaxing.
I have had great experiences with this particular Starbucks. Being in west campus, this was my go-to coffee spot. Employees were very friendly, the quality control was consistent, and sitting outside on the patio was a lot of fun. Just an excellent place to be. I'm going to miss this place a lot.
P.S I graduated from UT and left Austin.
I really love this place. This particular Starbucks it's inviting from the first second you step foot in there. Employees are very courteous and helpful all the time and the establishment it seems to be really clean it's time I visited. I really recommend this particular Starbucks in Austin Texas. Good job guys

Great place to study but only one hour parking.

Very neat location in an older building near campus. Still same great quality and fast service.
My favorite thing about this Starbucks is their consistency. Ive been going to this location now for a few months and it’s been spot on every time. Many of employees at this store make it an effort to remember their regular customers, not only do they remember my name but my drink as well.
This location does get pretty busy but they do an awesome job at keeping the line moving at a reasonable pace
I went in about 30 minutes before closing and I realized I messed up my order and they remade it for me without hesitation. The girls that worked tonight were the sweetest people ever! I wanted to leave a review because that was too nice of them and they did not have to redo my mistake!!
Usually a nice wait time, always nice staff, wheelchair accessible, large dog-friendly non-smoking patio. I've also noticed they burn their coffee less than other Starbucks locations. Fair warning: at the 45 of each hour there is a slight surge from students grabbing coffee after class.
Hands down the best Starbucks I have ever gone too. The staff / management team are the most genuine, caring people I have ever met! They always ask me about my day or compliment me and are so authentic about it. I wish I knew their names (I’ll make that my mission) but 10/10 service. They’ve been sold out of my fav bagels for some time (literally not a big deal at all) and gave me a free drink for the inconvenience! Like what! Whatever y’all are doin at this location - keep it up. <3 Your neighbor

This Starbucks always makes the best double chocolate chip frap! They are pretty busy because of all the students but they get all their drinks out in good time:) great customer service as well!

This Starbucks is in a convenient location to the campus because 24th St is really close to campus and is a nice middle ground. Because of its close proximity to campus, there tends to be a lot of students all the time so this place can be really busy. That being said, they are also really efficient and quick with getting the drinks out. I never had to wait an unnecessary amount of time for my drink and I am pretty sure that they've never disappointed me in the quality of my drink either. The staff is mainly students but they are all polite unlike typical stereotypes of a Starbucks worker. Also, for being a "cafe" thats so close to campus, you'd think it'd be rowdier than it actually is but the atmosphere here is always really nice and pretty quiet on the inside. Thats also because the inside is bit small however so its hit or miss whether you'll get an inside seat. The other great thing about this location leading off of that however is that they have extensive outdoor seating. I sit outside almost every time but its really nice, just dress for the weather and be prepared to not have any outlets so charge your laptop, tablet, phone, or whatever electronics you need to charge early.
