This Mama Fu’s is smaller than the others but that doesn’t detract one bit from the warmth and love I received upon ordering and waiting for my to go order. Judi and Allie were beyond helpful and sweet and the chefs prepared my meal quickly and it was delicious. Big fan of their crab Rangoon and all of their other dishes including their phó and vermacelli bowls. Do it!
I met up with a friend to eat here and we had such a good time! The place is mainly to-go based, as it's pretty small, but there are a couple tables inside and we grabbed one. The food was great, the lunch deal was great, and the service was outstanding. We were indecisive (not intentionally, but option paralysis is real!) when ordering and the guy (I think his name is Eric?) helping us out was patient and funny. There's plenty of parking and good outdoor ambience. There are several healthy options clearly marked on the menu for different diet types as well. The wait was not long at all. Would definitely recommend this Mama Fu's location for dine in if your party is small and it's not a super busy time, or for take out anytime.
It is hard to find a place to eat that my sister and I both agree on. This was a good choice for us because we could tailor our dinner to meet our specific diet and nutritional needs. We had fast service. The food was great. And it was a quick place to eat. I would eat here again.
the service is so kind, and the food is surprisingly good. ive ordered something new each time, and i’ve been pleasantly surprised each time. the atmosphere is cozy and friendly, especially cos of the smaller, intimate layout of the store. coming here often.
This is good overall, though they serve me my hot & sour soup tepid, and I couldn't get the tofu _with_ the calamari (creating both serving and billing problems).
"Calamari is an appetizer, sir."
My mind flashes on restaurants in Asia where I've eaten. "In some places it is," I say. I think of a besieged cook at a wok quickly responding to the vicissitudes of human need. Here we are dancing around a program in a cash register. There's latitude of choices, but no room for variations. I am reminded a bit of "The Soup Nazi" episode of _Seinfeld_. But in the end I am happily fed at a reasonable price. I also don't think this place has been open long because there are glaring oversights: where are the napkins? Where's my soup? The manager does her best to make it up to me. In a few weeks I'm sure they'll work out the kinks.
Nice little spot for a quick meal with friendly service. I like the tom yum with steak. The pot stickers and egg rolls are also good, and their spicy mustard is very horseradishy you (which I like).
Great! BUT recently mmm not too well.. perhaps bcuz it was weekend?
However, we first moved here from MD. My partner knEw me too well.. That she confidently ordered the B'day dinner from Mama Fu's;
I wow so impressed. Spring basil egg roll.. Now speaking of the spring basil rolls.. I caNt say the same. They added the wilted, browning, the ends of the lettuces (puhhLeeze!) NO flavors, nor health benefits. And their pork egg rolls, all SO! filled with O.N.I.O.N.S.! Therefore, me MIGRAINE badly.
Their hot and spicy soup, 1/2 filled with the tofu..
For a child’s plate, I sure did get a lot of fried rice! No complaints, it was delicious! The only reason there is a 4 and not a 5, is because we did wait a while for a child’s plate.
Usually it’s not busy but food is good here.
Amazing food at an affordable price. The team is always happy and helpful. I love that I can order through the app, online, by phone or in person.
