Every time I return here I’m very Food satisfied. Food is tasty and delicious! My favorite is always the French Toast. This place usually gets packed so it’s recommended that you reserve a spot online. Weekends is heavily packed so reservations is preferred unless you want to wait for over 2 hours. Just FYI
Super friendly staff! Food was a solid hit in taste; my wife's was a little cold. Wasn't that long of a wait at all. I'm not sure if it's by design, but we did notice that we didn't have much follow up from our server after getting our entrees; for example, I was never asked if I wanted more coffee and we had to flag someone down for water. When we did, they were really friendly and responsive, though.
Ladies lunch post hospital release, everyone was satisfied, a feat in itself. Ken Diesel rocked our world, she was a great server and rocking her pregnant self. Sweet potato hash with poached egg, Buddahs bowl, pancake sampler and veggie omelette were all well loved. Do not microwave to go tacos, dad was not impressed! We'll have to take him to dine in next time.
Only downside is it's small, and you have to park in a garage far away so if you have any disabled folks joining you, be prepared to hike.

I cant see it getting any better then Snooze....we have been several times and its always a fantastic adventure. Our granddaughter refers to Snooze as the "Fancy" breakfast place. Consistency makes a place successful and they do just that.....From the great service to the amazing food...Snooze has everything we are looking for in a restaurant.
It’s a decent brunch place with good modern vibes. The French toast was really good. Not too sweet and not overly buttered. I also tried their fried rice with pork which was surprisingly decent.
I wish I can say the coffee here is to die for BUT alas I cannot. It was slightly watered down and you can taste the filter paper. Tho heads up I’m also a bit of a coffee snob. However, if you like decent breakfast place coffee, then I recommend Another Broken Egg. They have a pretty good single origin coffee(can’t remember which region tho).
But I digress, overall good experience and decent food. It does get crazy busy here so make sure to book or join the waitlist in advance (~ 1hr) on the weekends.

Little slow but worth the wait!
Snooze describes the post experience of this gem breakfast spot! Each dish is crafted from healthy choice ingredients and served in genius combinations. Fore geaux the pancakes for the sweet potatoes mash! One cannot miss for the menu will wake you up and after make dream of returning as you Snooze comfortably!!!
Definitely a good place for Breakfast or Brunch.
Brian our server was very nice & did a good job of making sure we were good & didn't need anything.
Shrimp & Grits absolutely delicious!
Strawberry Martini Mimosa was very well balanced & not too sweet
Sweet Potato Hash (I think is it's name) good for keto diet
Strawberry Shortcake Pancakes were really sweet but still good
Had to give the atmosphere a 3 star because we literally had to yell to have a conversation because the music was really loud. So everyone else is yelling to talk, so it's very noisy. Other than that the staff was all friendly & very energetic.
One of the best breakfast spots on Lamar and in Central Texas. Mimosas are good the Bloody Mary’s are the best. My new fav is the fried rice plates.
The staff all were super friendly and supportive! the carbonara was a 5/10- the sauce was too squishy, weird texture over all. The OMG french toast was a 8/10! not sure if it was cooked all of the was since it felt squishier than a traditional french toast, but perhaps it was because it was filled it something to make it seem soggy. The short rib and gruyère polenta was fabulous 1000/10 so amazing it’s a must try. The strawberry lavender lemonade was a 7/10 and the mimosa too. the presentation was good for all of the dishes! the over all taste could be better tho
The food is very good. I recommend the Benedict. I picked the Benny Duo, the avocado and the Ham Benedict III. Both were good. The hash brown comes in a puck form, but I recommend getting it smashed/flattened so it's crispy. The coffee is very mediocre. I got a vanilla latte that was too sweet and was not very good... but I still drank it. It also comes in a very small mug, so you pay a lot for not very much. My husband got The drip coffee, it was ok. The staff were attentive and friendly. There is a parking garage attached to this business center that you can park in. We were not charged to go in. Plenty of parking within the garage.
Joules served us and we really enjoyed the food and experience. Great morning diner, lots of selection and really good staff. Got the morning booze too if ya need a pick me up 😅
A lovely brunch place for a weekend date. Just need to plan ahead as their queue could be very long. 30-45 mins is a regular wait.
So many positive things about this restaurant!! It starts off with a great cocktails like their expresso martinis, blueberry mint limeade, and fun twists on Bloody Mary's. If your a Benedict fan, I highly recommend getting the duo and trying the Bella Bella Benedict (Italian twist), pork chili Verde, or the avocado Benny. A great surprise for pasta lovers was the Elote breakfast pasta, similar to a carbonara but with fresh corn and peppers. Finally.. grab a single pancake, I recommend the Pinnacle upside down or the chocolate chip!!
The food was amazing but a lot of items and sides to chose from. The ambience and experience was good. I would definitely come back for brunch. The only thing to look out for is the wait times to get in and patience for the food to come. Even after checking online I had to wait for 30 mins.
The Good: I have nothing bad to say about this place. Every item on the menu looked better than the last thing. And the portions were appropriate. I feel some breakfast places are in the habit of leaving you feeling dissatisfied and hungry. I will definitely be coming back to try everything. Parking was a breeze, prices were decent, staff was attentive and speedy.
The Meh: I got nothin!
The food here was great! I tried their regular eggs Benedict, and my girlfriend tried their breakfast pot pie. We both thought it was delicious, comforting, and fresh. The sit down is relaxed and trendy. They offer great patio seating. Their service was also great!
Man I love this place, Breakfast on steroids is the best way to describe it. We had blueberry pancakes partnered with a pineapple and Orange juice mamosa and for my love a horse radish forward Bloody Mary with a side car (which means a beer on the side) then of course we had a healthy dish which was poached eggs with avocado over some roasted sweet potatoes and asparagus. Wow, Breakfast is so much better with you my love thank you.
