Friendly staff with a great neighborhood atmosphere. It's your quintessential neighborhood Diner. Even better, it's locally owned. This is an easy go to place with something to please everybody. We had their breakfast special two pancakes bacon and eggs. They were happy to substitute two eggs for hash browns. Everything was well-cooked and the coffee was piping hot and delicious. Definitely be coming back here more often.
First time here. It was a very good experience but probably would not make a special trip for it. Restaurant and bathrooms were pretty clean. Prices were good. I had a 3 egg omelette and a side of bacon. My friend had the enchilada special with beans and mashed potatoes. The chili gravy was good and the mashed potatoes were real. Might come back for a lunch special like chicken fried steak or a burger.
This is a locally run business. The staff seem like family and they are very friendly. Prices are reasonable, portions are fair, and food is pretty good.
Nothing fancy, but that doesn't matter when your craving home cooked conmfort food.
Very friendly place, I was greeted as I walked in and told to sit where I please. I got the daily special and it was at my table within a few minutes and the check was quick to follow. The food was great for the price and it was a perfect stop for a quick bite. Took about as long as dine-in at fast food but with much better food options.
I love the burgers here! I always add bacon (it is think bacon!! Yummm) and an egg. It is so delicious. Friendly atmosphere and it's priced well! I have been multiple times for lunch with coworkers, and I will be back even more.
In the area from Round Rock, this place popped up in the local guide for breakfast. It lives up to the other reviews on here, portions are good sized. Their 5-0 is a hit with both my mother and myself.

Delicious, hearty, all-american diner food! This place is a great little diner tucked away on the east side, but if you happen to be in the area stop by! They close at 3pm unfortunately, but their daily specials and low prices are sure to reel you in.
The staff is friendly, quick and eager to answer questions. The food is down home. Chopped steak with gravy, turkey and dressing, great hamburgers, sandwiches including a pannini, and soup of the day. The sides include vegetable of the day, mashed potatoes, corn, pinto beans, greenbeans, salad and of course, fries. Go with the daily special. Breakfast is served all day. If you like cake you'll like their daily offering. All this for a fair price. Check their hours, they are a breakfast and lunch place. No dinner. They are closed on Sunday. My mom loves this place. I would say the atmosphere is neighborhood. Lots of regulars.
This place is awesome. They have a lunch and breakfast special most days and on Saturdays they serve a brunch menu. We started going here to avoid the long lines at Juan and A Million and we haven't looked back. PRO TIP order the Five-O it's freaking awesome.
Excellent service and down home cooking. They also prep fresh daily and use good quality meats. I recently had a veggie burger and it was amazing too.

Amazing traditional diner and pricing can't be beat. Hamburgers are some of the best in Austin. Decent lunch rush so come early or a little late of noon.
