Great food, good price. The thing that holds me back from giving this place 5 stars is that it is located at a position where most people barely even notice. Even the GameStop has more clients than this place.
Not only that, but when you go inside you won't notice where you're supposed to check in. Hell, I didn't even know where I was supposed to get a fork around here! And speaking of silverware, they didn't even have any! Am I eating at a restaurant or am I eating at a food truck? I hope this place gets it together, otherwise, it's only going to get worse.
Yeah it was that good. #destroyed but please keep up with the pepperoni pizza it's always out. So 4/5 will give a 5/5 with fresh pizza.
We love this place. The manager is great and listens if there are any issues. The selection is huge. The ice cream is AWESOME especially with the strawberries on top. We try to miss the "after church" crowd on Sundays just because there are too many people.
This place is a great little gem. Lots of salad options, usually 4 soups to choose from,and you can get a little ice cream and shortcake for dessert. Cost for adults is $8.75 without a drink. I thought it was pretty worth it. Food tasted fresh. The employees were polite and friendly.

I come to Texas to visit my parents each year and we always make at least one visit to Souper Salad, and most times several more. I have been going there for for at least six years and have never been disappointed. A good variety of salad makings, fresh vegetables and wonderful soups (4 selections, one of the 4 based on the day of the week). Also have taco makings, simple small pizzas and a small selection of deserts. The staff is always friendly and helpful. My parents know them all by name. Clean, low to mid-price. Well worth a lunch or dinner. You can go up multiple times to the selections. You can also reserve a section for gatherings. I wish they were in central New York. Please open there!
I am going to give Souper Salad five huge stars! I have been here many times during my lunch hour and every time the food and service are consistent. I am mostly impressed by the attentive and professional staff. They are always positive even when they are busy. The food is not the best in town but for the price and for the buffet style it's not bad. The have some good salad dressing flavors that some places do not have. Their fruit section is sometimes good and sometimes not my favorite. Today the watermelon is cut thick and it is more like pink than red. They have green cantaloupe but no peach. They have sliced oranges with peelings. The only other weird thing is the sliced tomatoes at the salad bar instead of cheri tomatoes. I like the free drink refills and all you can eat style. I have been treated rudely by someone who may have been the manager in the past, but that was a very long time ago and I assume they were just having a bad day... everyone has those moments.
Had some friends from out of state in for a reunion and none of them had ever been to a Souper salad. 16 of us went in and noticed a helo wanted sign on the door. We had misgivings about going in but we were wrong. Service was excellent dispute the fact that we were noisy and disorganized. Fresh food continued to come out of the kitchen and workers cleared out used plates, filled our glasses and kept buffet clean. We felt pampered and satisfied. We still marvel at the price and variety of the buffet.
Outstanding service across the board. The buffet was well stocked, hot foods were fresh, and the waitstaff was very attentive. The decor is a bit on the "hospital cafeteria" side, but I wasn't expecting a 4 star dining experience from a Souper Salad. All in all, great value, solid place to eat.
Healthy options and a friendly place. It's a really laid back place where you can have a healthy meal. You can easily over eat as well so take it easy on the pizza and soft serve ice cream. The staff are usually pretty quick to pick up your old plates. Parking is fine.
Love this place! Great buffet for soup, salad bar, tacos, nachos, baked potatoes, etc. Orion is probably the greatest waiter who ever lived...he definitely makes your visit special. Of course everyone who works here makes this place great! Wish I was there already eating all that delicious stuff...
While we were eating dinner a man who was very down-on-his-luck came in and was asking Marissa who was our server about getting something to eat he obviously did not have enough money to pay. I have been a server and I understand not everyday will you bring home a lot of money but that did not stop her from reaching into her own apron from her tips and buying this man a buffet so he could eat. I'm a True Believer like most that everyone is entitled to basic necessities such as food and to see her generosity and she did not know that my entire family and the table behind us saw. She was extremely sweet to us and very very efficient with everything she does. Every server we have ever had at this store has been amazing and we've always had a great experience. I will definitely always come back here and make sure that I bring my family and my friends. Thank you from my family and for myself. Thank you Marissa for showing a human being such compassion.
Pretty good selection. I just wish they would go back to. their wonderful gingerbread baked in a single pan and sliced up in servings. The individually baked squares provide for 4 sides of thicker baked edges and not enough moist tender bread pieces.
I hate that a delicious salad is way more expensive than a cheeseburger, but man if the salad wasn't delicious! I love a salad bar where I can make my own and load it up!! Plus, the staff was Souper friendly. (Haha get it? Souper Salad, Souper Friendly hahahaha)
The bar was well stocked and clean. The restaurant itself looked clean also, though I got my food to go. They also have top-notch music playing so that's a plus if you end up eating in.
