I placed an order via Uber Eats. My sandwich was made beautifully! Everything was layered properly so it stayed on the sandwich. There was just enough sauce on the sandwich for it to be flavorful but not too much where it would make the bread soggy. Well done!
I would love to thank Mariano for the sandwiches he made yesterday for a for a friend and I. We are regulars and the sandwiches were fresh as well as the condiments; sandwiches were made carefully and not sloppy while eating. After consuming Subway for many years, Lucy, the manager, has changed my experience! My satisfaction level went from a 6 to a 10! This Subway is an exemplar of good customer service and efficient preparation of sandwiches. Every Subway in Round Rock, Georgetown, and Austin doesn't compete with this unique fast food. This store should be the model of which every subway should be. I highly recommend subway taking down notes of this role model store due to its excellent service in South Austin. Speaking of which, Lucy speaks English and Spanish and makes my visits welcoming. It's a darn shame that's the only Subway; that I enjoy consuming. I hope her store excels and that other subways in the area imitate that prime place. I've never felt that happy, appreciative, and welcome in other subways in a long time! Y'all won't regret stopping by to eat at Lucy's Subway! This place is preeminent without being well-mentioned.
Subway knows what I want: the sesame-ginger glazed chicken sub! It was moist and delicious, with some crunchy jalapeno chips, yes!!

I do not tend to leave reviews for fast food restaurants because the service is usual lay average and the same.
However, Pedro was amazing. He worked very quickly and made sure the sandwich was being made the way I liked it. Now I'm a little crazy with my sandwiches and ask for all of the veggies. This isnt an easy sandwich at all. He made sure there was enough banana peppers on my sandwich because I asked for extra! He was very friendly and made great conversation.
Then, I found out it was his first day! I couldn't believe it. He is running the store on his own and doing an AMAZING job. The service was amazing, the restaurant is clean, and he did everything great! 10/10 service and this subway and I will definitely come to this subway more often (and there is one 2 minutes from my apartment and this one is better).
I hope the management notices this review and Pedro receives recognition for a great job.
It's alright, the girl that works there seems nice and the service is good. So I can't complain. This is one of the few places that actually has decent food. So if you need decent food this place is the best spot to come. Plus the place look relatively clean so that's a plus.
Best Subway experience! Mainly due to the customer service that was given my an employee named Mitchell and his employee that worked with him! Experience was on September 10th Thursday at 8:30 pm..Good professional kids.. Deserve raises

These 4stars are for the young man that was busting his tail solo to make the orders. We walked in on a Sunday afternoon there was quite the line and one person behind the counter. Within 10m of waiting we see a male pop out of a side door with a maroon shirt on guess he was the manager on duty. He views the line,goes to the restroom then back into the side door only to be seen returning 15m later cause of a homeless guy coming in asking for the restroom key cause he had to take a Sh*** (as the homeless man puts it) others walked in and quickly walked out after they noticed it was going to be a while.. Once reaching the front i noticed a lot of the food was still frozen and bread was running low. The young man working the counter apologized for the slowness as he hurried to make our sandwiches. I noticed how fatigued he was and striked up a small convo with him. Being able to see this young man smile for a minute and not feel like the world was on his shoulders was the best thing ever. Since we were the end of his line i certainly didn't try n rush him. My heart goes out to him. I know that if i were this young man after the way some of the customers had talked to him I would have quit on the spot. Especially knowing that my manager just sat in the back not helping. So as I stated these 4 stars are for that kid that was remaining strong when it is so easy to quit n walk away.
