I placed an order for delivery via Grubhub. When the food arrived it was in a tamper proof bag that contained everything. Everything was stacked so neatly. The food was still hot when it arrived. The sweet tea was delicious! Super sweet and not watered down! I was pleased with the order !
This McDonald’s is always great to visit when I’m working in this area of Austin. Their staff is always smiling and friendly. The order is always accurate and delivered fast(I’ve only used drive through). The order is always accurate.
It was pouring down rain so we went through the drive thru. The guy taking our order was great and he ended up saving us some money by bundling the orders.
My kids love this place ! So it’s a treat for them when we can take them out , however it’s extremely frustrating when the drive -thru employee has absolutely no understanding of what I’m ordering because they. can”t understand the english language so I end up repeating myself at least three times before my order is completed , But Hey if repeating it three times is going to get my kids their happy meals then it was All Worth It !!!!
From my personal experience the staff are generally on top of their game with taking orders and how the food comes out. I think there's only been one time where I did not enjoy my meal, due to there being eggshells in my egg. Plenty of parking in the parking lot, although the side street at the back of the restaurant is usually pretty crowded and definitely an eyesore with the homeless and their half running half broken down vehicles.
I ordered the BigMac Combo. The Burger was a bit stake. It was barely warm and tasted like it had been sitting around for a while. I didn't enjoy it.
Usually pretty quick and clean. They have a cool playscape.
I ordered through curbside and the employee brought out my food but not my drink and then I sat for over 10 minutes and actually had to go inside to get my drink. I order curbside so I don't have to go inside and then the employee behind the counter was extremely rude
