Unbelievably good Indian food. Definitely don’t get anything spicy. It is already insanely spicy. Get it as mild as possible and order a bunch of your favorite beer to help deal with it. 10/10

It's a small cheap place for Indian food. The dishes are well prepared. The taste is good. Quantity is really good. Two people can eat their full if you order one dish with naan. The service is really good and it has a bar so that's a plus. I liked this place.

Food is excellent!! But they lack consistency. It might happen that you order something sometime and you order the same thing in your next visit they might taste different. Service is excellent. It has some good music going on and you can also treat yourself with a nice drink with your meal as they have a full bar.

I went during lunch time and there was plenty of seating so me and my friend got served right away. The curry and rice was so delicious and for a reasonable price as well. Also, the interior was very chic and gave a great vibe to the restaurant. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who enjoys Indian food and is seeking a chill place to have lunch with friends or even that special someone!

We've been here many times for both lunch and dinner. This is a decent Indian restaurant and the food has been consistently good. Service is pretty good as well. The naan is excellent. The Chicken Biryani is above average... the cashews and raisins add nice pizzazz. The dishes are not too spicy which is perfect for us. It's a great go-to place when you're looking for a wholesome tasty meal.

Service was great. There was a short wait expected, but the manager quickly moved some things around so we could be seated right away. They had a tasty margarita-like drink. When I ordered one, they gave me a sample first to make sure I liked it. Nice atmosphere. Good food. And they offer a discount if you like them on Facebook. Worth stopping by!

This is a cool little spot to hang out on 6th street. Every time we've been there it hasn't been crowded at all and we can always find a spot to sit down. The bartenders are awesome, and their drinks are good and relatively inexpensive. They do have live music sometimes. We haven't tried the food yet, but it always smells so good!

I love this place because the food never disappoints. I have not however had the best service there most of the times I've gone.... but that just means the food is so good I don't even care. If you are in a rush or very hungry call and order before or else you might get very irritated by the waiting and the forgetting about you they do here alot! I chop it up to cultural differences I don't think they do it to be rude. It's like having Indian dinner in the UK they expect you to be there to actually dine and chill out so they don't hang around you alot.

We went to rainy street and it was late for dinner. Luckily got this indian place which is open till 12 AM and to make sure we called them and reached this place. When we went we got to know we cant dine but we can take to go and it would take 30 min to get our orders. We ordered chicken biryani, veg biryani and non veg platter. Food tasted really delicious and based on price(decent price) and location(popular location in austin) i felt that the serving portion would be good enough for one person and on checking with host he said the serving portion are good enough for two people. But the serving portion was good for one person. Veg biryani was different than biryani found in other places but was really good. I am definitely visiting this place if want to have indian food when around Austin 6th street. Only thing i would say for others visiting this place please check if they are having dine at that time and if not then order togo over the phone itself. Also the portion size is bit lesser then other restaurant which is worth because of price charged at that location.

Fantastic experience. Went for lunch and got a table immediately. Service was awesome, and the tandoori chicken was amazing. Definitely get a side of naan. The yogurt that it comes with is just like tzatziki. The portion was generous enough to leave me full with about half left over.

As a regular customer of Teji's in Round Rock, I had the opportunity to share Indian food with out of town Indian food novice friends and Teji's on Sixth deliver best tasting hot delicious food while the barkeep manager deliver delightful stream of humourous banter. We were hurrying and had to take rest to go, I thought I would have leftovers for home but the Indian food novices delighted and chowed down the rest in the hotel!!
