Always a great experience for carry out. Wait time range between is usually 25-35 min, which is worth the wait. Plan ahead! Same employee always working hard handling orders & in store pick ups. Very patient & he’s always the only employee in the store while providing orders for his drivers. Please be patient with this location’s employees, they are understaffed & working as hard as they can. Customer service is great, & food is always perfect!
My wife and I order from this location occasionally and usually have no problems but we did have an issue on our latest pick-up order. I tried calling after inspecting the pizza at home but waited on hold for 5 minutes. I ended up giving up on the call since it was getting close to midnight and didn't want to have it remade & to have to go pick it up again. I took some photos of the food, a screenshot of phone call wait time and decided to worry about it later. I went by the store this afternoon and spoke with Jack about the situation, he was very friendly and helped resolve the issue. Great customer service from him and this is the first issue we've had after living down the street for over a year. For any other customers reading this: Mistakes happen and time are tough on the service industry right now so don't be a jerk.
I've mostly never had issues with this location, but my most recent order was stuck in the "making" stage of the app for a while (around 20 mins) so I called the customer service number to see if I could get an actual update. They were able to tell me the store was still open (my fault for placing the order so late) and that my order was actively being worked on. My driver was super nice when dropping off the food as well. (All of my drivers have been awesome)
I think only once has my order not been on the same quality as the others, but in my opinion it was okay enough to over look.
My order was late but it was still warm and freshly made.
It seems they're a bit short staffed so those currently working there definitely deserve a raise. Keep up the hard work! I see some reviews stating a merge with door dash causing delayed delivery times so just be aware of that, but I think all of my drivers have been employees of Papa Johns.
My only real suggestion to help make things run smoother is to add a way to text the store generic messages through the app even if it's after hours if you have an active order so you can get updates, but that's more of an app review than this store's performance.
