Came to Vail after to find out we couldn’t get any reservations for 10 people anywhere on a Saturday night…Our concierge at the 4 seasons recommended Rocky Mountain Raclette. Best decision for sure. Alex was amazing from start to finish. The food, the service, the planning all exceeded our expectations. What a fun and unique experience, we cannot wait to do this again next time we are in Vail! If I had to pick a last meal… this is it. Don’t think twice. Book her while you can.
Can’t express how much my family and I enjoyed this meal! Alex got us in when we were stuck with nowhere else to go and completely exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious, service was wonderful, and we didn’t even have to leave the house! Our kids had so much fun. You will not regret booking with her! This is a must if you’re in Vail area
Wow. What an amazing experience! This was the perfect dining experience to end our vacation with. The food was INCREDIBLE. Everything was so fresh and flavorful, from the meat, veggies, dessert and of course, the star of the show, the delicious melted cheese. Our family had a blast with Alex and her team. What a treat! When my wife brought me this idea I thought I was going to have to pick up a second job, turns out it was the least expensive, most delicious, and most fun dinner we had while in Vail. My kid took a hard fall on the mountain earlier in the day and after an afternoon in the ER an evening in was exactly what we needed. Would recommend to anyone who is traveling through Vail.
Alex did an outstanding job with my family’s recent dinner party. We were given exceptional service from start to finish. I couldn’t stop raving about the quality of our meal from the salad and cheese, to the main course and the most heavenly apple streudel. I can’t wait to book our next Rocky Mountain Raclette experience!
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the raclette experience. This was our first time trying it, so we didn't know what to expect, but we were blown away. The meal was exceptional & Alex was fantastic. We have already planned to use them again next season.
Such a fun dinner hosted at our home by Rocky Mountain Raclette! Kathryn and her associate Megan were so friendly, knowledgable, and wonderful. This was our first time doing Raclette, and we all absolutely loved it. We normally eat out at various Vail restaurants, but Raclette was such a more interesting and unique experience -- we will definitely be doing it again! The food was delicious and high quality, and Kathryn couldn't have been more helpful in walking us through the process. I would definitely recommend this to anyone in Vail!

Rocky Mountain Raclette is the single greatest dining experience I have had in years. If you have a kitchen and want to try something other than going to a restaurant, this is the most magical, fun and high-class thing you can do to entertain your date, family or guests. The combination of unique experience and quality of food will leave you speechless. The staff is super fun to be around to boot!
