I like the live music connected with the lobby. I like the eggplant entree, blue corn mushroom entree, sweet potato entree. Very unique. Tim is amazing and has gone above and beyond. I am very pleased and satisfied with his great service

Downright amazing in just about every way. Incredibly extensive wine and drink selection with very knowledgeable staff. Every dish I’ve tried has been absolutely delicious! This place is not cheap, so expect to drop a pretty penny here. If you’ve got the money this is an excellent restaurant for a special occasion. The staff is probably the most friendly, sincere, knowledgeable, and passionate than I have ever seen!

Epic meal. Haven’t had such an elegant and over the top meal in a long time. Our server, Tim, and his team were the best. They took good care of us and made sure we enjoyed ourselves. Paint It Black cocktail was a deceivingly light but potent coffee cocktail that we swapped with Bulleit Rye - super refreshing, eye-opening recipe. Blood Orange Creek with Don Julio was so bright, crisp, tart, agave-forward, paired well with the food. Salmon cones - could have had at least a dozen of those. The tuile was crisp, savory and slightly sweet to pair with the salmon and briny caviar. All the vegetables were artfully crafted - jeweled beet salad, all the sweet potato varietals, and the most unctuous sweet corn agnolotti with crisp prosciutto. The Colorado lamb for two is really for 4 people - generous platter of tender lamb with pickled red onions, parsley, and served with pickled cauliflower, Zhoug sauce, mini fresh baked pitas, the most decadent couscous (we asked if it was cooked in butter and the answer was “of course”). Thank you Tim and chefs for such a memorable and beautiful meal.

We had never been to WYLD before but were impressed with the reviews and we were not disappointed! The presentation of each dish was a work of art and the service was over the top. Our server Will, was very attentive and explained each dish and shared his own excitement about the chef’s masterful creativity. The chef came out to say hello to the guests and we happened to see the hotel (Ritz Carlton) General Manager walking through to check on things and both he and the restaurant manager stopped by our table to make sure we were enjoying everything. That’s an incredible personal touch!

Had one of the best dinners I've ever had. The salmon was cooked to perfection fell in love at the very first bite. Our appetizers were full of flavor. Mixed drinks were flavorful and done well.

Jeff made our dinner a lot of fun - thank you! Steak was a nice medium rare and the salads were delicious. I wasn’t a fan of the pretzel they served with the caviar but otherwise very tasty - we are looking forward to coming back!

My wife and I came in from Vail to celebrate our anniversary, and John made our experience truly unforgettable. The food, the atmosphere, and especially the service was incredible. I can't recommend enough, especially if you're lucky enough to have John wait your table.

Amazing food, outstanding service for the waiter , maybe the best food I’ve tried in my life. Highly recommended. It’s pricey but it worth it.

Wyld is an upscale restaurant located inside the luxurious Beaver Creek/Bacholers Gultch Ritz Carlton hotel (Avon Colorado). The Wyld has recently changed up it's menu and obtained a daring new chef from New York who is amazing! His menu is filled with strong and bold flavored dishes. I started off with a salad, I believe it was the "The Today's Green pick?" The house dressing unbelievable and indescribable. It was sweet but yet tangy. Then I moved on to the New York strip. You had a choice in sauces, which I usually avoid but I had to try the house horseradish sauce. I'm very glad I did! It was quite delirious complement my nicely prepared steak. My side dishes consisted of a potato hashbrown creation that was created with an assortment of smaller different potatos. That and a dish of cut up asparagus. I was quite content to say the lease. Now we usually skip on deserts but we was intrigued as to what else the chef had up his sleeves. We all went with the Chocolate Hazelnut creation...cant recall it's proper name. Anyhow, it was absolutely delightful! It's kinda a muse dish with an assortment of other yummy delights...most of which was shaped like Hershey Kisses...but more yummy. Wyld was more than we expected and I would give it more stars if I could. It's not a cheap place but it's well worth the experience if you're staying at the Beaver Ceek Ritz Carlton.

Ok, let me start by saying WOW! We were unable to get the duck carnitas the first time we went, but our waiter, Jeff, assured us they would have it for us the following night. So we went back the next night, and to our delight, we were able to order it. Again, WOW! If you like duck, or if you like tacos, and especially if you like duck tacos this is the meal for you. It is decadent and rich, but not overly (just the perfect amount) and was even better than we expected. Combine this with the outstanding service and this is a 5-star review hands down. 100% would go back again.

My wife and I had a great experience at Wild for dinner. The chicken was really good and the halibut was amazing. Service is 5 stars. Price is high but that fits the location.

Cannot say enough about how wonderful everything was! From the moment we arrived to the end of the meal everything was SUPERB! Had the salmon cones and they were wonderful. Asked our server, Ryan, for a recommendation on wine and he brought me a wonderful glass. The chef brought us some truffles he made just for us once he learned we were celebrating my birthday and they were wonderful. I had the salmon and my boyfriend had the scallops and both were delectable. The dessert was not to be missed at all! Had the lavender blueberry ice cream and blood orange sorbet for myself and my boyfriend had the peach dessert that came with something else but I don’t remember what it was but, both were delicious. Every bit of our experience was over the top and we HIGHLY recommend this restaurant. Definitely worthy of the Ritz Carlton reputation, without a doubt. Unfortunately we didn’t take any pictures of our dishes but they were wonderful

Great restaurant for breakfast or dinner. They have a wide variety of dishes. Our daughters split chocolate chip pancakes and bacon, as well as a yogurt and fresh berries dish. Our traditional Mexican breakfasts were just the right amount of spice! Would recommend while staying at thr Ritz.
