The friendliest staff at any Starbucks I've ever been to. Baristas Rachel, Doreen, Misty, Ashley, Shannon, and Katie all know me by name and are always so kind. Service and food/drink quality is always on point as well.
Love their green tea latte iced! Just wish the drive through moved faster . I was in line for 20minutes. I get it was hot out and why everyone was there!
THESE PEOPLE are the BEST!! Everyone of them! They work their butts off! They make my beverage how I want, make a genuine effort to remember me and what I like. What Service! And that goes for anyone else I’ve brought in there with me. Everyone gets the same. I miss them when they leave but if I bump into them elsewhere, they still remember me. I came here yesterday and told the barista to surprise me with any drink as long as it was sweet. I couldn't decide what i wanted and the coffee she made me was delicious and sweet just how I wanted it! Very satisfied and will be returning!
Our barista made our drinks,(there were 3 of us) quickly and they were delicious. Lovely seating while we waited qnd we took our drinks outside to a nice table. All in all a great visit.
Love Starbucks, but there is one employee who is had been on drive through both times we've been to this location, several months apart, who simply has an incredibly hard time following, "two quad-shot venti vanilla lattes, one with oat milk.". She had to repeat and repeat each step. The first time, the order was screwed up, lacking both vanilla and pay milk in one of the latte's. Yet, this is how I've been instructed by other Starbucks employees to most efficiently place my order, and I continue to have great success at other locations with other employees. I believe that while anyone should be given an opportunity, the drive thru might be more challenging than is reasonable for this individual. Perhaps a barista with the printed order to follow would be more appropriate.
Doing a great job with limited staff. Very friendly batista. Long wait time even with mobile ordering. But limited staff is an issue. Wish their hours were more convenient.
Robin at the window was super friendly and great at catching an almost mistake to make sure the drive through kept going smoothly. The crew making drinks currently are 100%on it. My drink is absolute perfection.
