I had a major horrible experience with Uber eats they completely messed up my food by allowing it to get sopping wet Uber eats never resolved anything for me no apology and no refund or even an offer to resend food so I decided to go into the store and at least let the stuff / management know what was going on and show them how my food arrived I was helped by a lady named Guadalupe and she and the rest of the staff were absolutely wonderful was genuinely concerned with everything that we had been through and did not hesitate to remake the order and take care of us thank you to all of you that helped us tonight A++ service 🤩‼️
Best Jack's no cap, if you like fresh burgers, tacos and fries. This is the place. Pass up the Jack's near you and come to this location. Other Jack's be lacking.
The cashier was very soft-spoken and hard to hear, which is not a good quality for your customer service position. The food was great! The decor is interesting. I can't help but think about somebody sitting in a drawing room, making the conscious decision to pair imitation golf foil, stained glass looking brick with white plexiglass light fixures shaped like chandeliers. "We'll give them gold brick and chandeliers. It feels like high-class hamburger dining. This is going to sell so many sammiches!" To which someone else replied, "Hot damn, Frank! That's exactly what this place needs."

I like it a lot, i prefer the chicken tenders, every time i go to Jack in the box, I love the dipping sauces, the service is always great, specially at this location.
Jack's Spicy Chicken was perfectly cooked. It was a good size and delicious. The curly fries were crispy and hot. Great meal!
This one is hard to give an honest review. I've had amazing times here and I've had some of the worst times as well. Typically this is one of the better ran Jack's and food is on point fresh. Just know if it looks like someone is miserable you should avoid that day since it's most likely going to go bad and you will try to review bomb this place

Very fast service on orders and plenty of parking. Serves breakfast all day. Nice and clean areas. There are other eateries just across the parking lot in case you are hungry for something else. Located around the Food City shopping center.

This has to be one of the best Jack in the box around. It's always so clean. You always get the best customer service. I live near 2 other Jack's, but I always make the drive to this one.
First time having it and it was really good. Can't say anything about the inside since I went through the drive thru but regardless it was still really good
What can I say? It was a typical Jack in the Box. I had no issues as usual.
The service was good and they're welcomed us with the smile the food was great there were some men working on Jack in the box on the outside of so they had to use the drive-thru register to get our order
