I loved this place since day 1. The owner, Jimmy is so cool too! He is very generous, and would oftentimes surprise us with desserts out of the menu. Everything I tried, I liked. And my ultinate favorite is the crispy snapper. So today, being that its so cold outside, we just ordered for delivery. After all the food I ate last night, i couldn't think of splurging today. So we just ordered rice, the snapper and my husbands favorite, tofu green curry. When it was delivered, i discovered that he had put in couple treats for free... Our favorite dessert: mango sticky rice and strawberries! What a sweet new years treat! Cheers for a healthy, happy and prosperous 2017 for you Blue Elephant Thai Cuisine!

Staff is always wonderful. Thai food is at its best! We used to come here when we lived in Bakersfield. Now, whenever we visit our families in town, we make sure we dine or take away food to share with our loved ones. Come try it for yourself!
