Nice family owned vibe , I have had couple different items off the menu tri tip , sirloin steak , prime rib sandwich , all extremely tasty ! Some may say it’s slow but good food isn’t fast food ! I will be back every Sunday for a prime rib sandwich . There only gonna get better so if you had a bad experience give them a second try , I would highly recommend the to anyone who wants damn good bbq
The food was amazing!!! The loaded potato with brisket was devine. The Mac n cheese was creamy. The corn muffin was moist and buttery. The chicken was moist and Smokey. The customer service was on point. I highly recommend everyone to have an eating experience with them. You won’t regret it.
I recently came here (Sunday 8.27.17) & we got sat immediately. We had a few minutes to order & it did take maybe 20-25 minutes but all of our plates were brought to us. I got a pulled pork sandwich which was very good with their regular BBQ sauce. My bf got a cheeseburger & he enjoyed his burger & felt full half way through it. They brought us a plate of French fries & ranch which was very good. Our friends got the tri tip sandwich & loaded fries & they liked them as well. Our total came to $62 but we were full easily for 4 hours after we ate. We got asked at least 3 times for refills & then asked about a drink to go when we were leaving. To be honest, if I lived nearby it I would eat it more often. It was yummy & id definitely come back. It was either this place or firehouse & I preferred having BBQ.
2nd time there and it was just as great as the first! Service was awesome, food was delicious (brisket!) and the beers were nice and cold! I’ve only had brisket made by one other person, my sister in laws dad whose a very experienced bbq guy, and I must say Brooklyn’s was pretty close to as great as his! My bff’s and I intended on going for dinner and a drink, 3 hours and several beers later...! The 2 servers left (it was closing time) were so nice and kept telling us we were fine and didn’t have to leave until we were ready! Overall a great experience! We’ll definitely be back!
I am not big on bbq because it's usually a let down, but Brooklyn's BBQ is wonderful! Mac n cheese is the beeeest! Ribs seriously, meat slides off the bone!!! And beans, yummy. The pulled pork roast we had was so good. Definitely a happy returning customer. Love the patio, love the service, love the location.
Went for Taco Tuesday, tacos were delicious! Had a jalapeño margarita (bomb) waiter was very attentive, loved the music! Can't wait to go again!
The brisket is the best I’ve had here. Mac n cheese the bomb. The service was sweet and not bothering

We had my husbands 70th birthday party here. The owners John and Julie were awesome. They were so accommodating and worked very hard to make our party a success. The food was excellent and they constantly checked to see if we needed anything. They also let us decorate and helped with it. I can’t say enough good things about them and would definitely recommend them for any event. My husband said it was the best birthday part he had ever had. To top it off they also let us have a band (Twist of Fate - awesome also).
Everything was excellent! I think they have the best bbq in town!
My wife and I really loved it. The ribs and brisket were beyond tender. The ribs had a good dry rub that didn't even need bbq sauce, I did try them with the sauce which was good as well, either way a win win. Will be going back for sure.
Get the ribs!!! They're tender, fall off the bone, seasoned really well & can eat them with a fork if you so please. Service was average. Tritip was served cold and was tough to chew. Macaroni and cheese was bland & also served on the cold side. Deep pit was tender and seasoned well but was kinda dry. French fries and cornbread muffin were just okay. Would go back for the ribs and the ribs only.
I came in to get a couple of meals to go for lunch. I ordered the two meat plate, ( ribs and brisket) comes with two sides. Also ordered a tri-tip sandwich, comes with one side.
The brisket was delicious, mouth watering. Ribs were close to perfect, outstanding job.
They have several sides to choose. We had beans, they were great. Cold slaw wasn’t very good. Potato salad was very disappointing, we trashed both of them.
Service was very good and fast. We will definitely come back here again. Just staying way clear of potato salad and cold slaw.
Ribs literally falls off the bones. Chicken was moist and the sauce was mild sweet but tasty. Parking tight, trucks beware, lol. Staff friendly and attentive to customers needs. I will go back again🤟👊🙏tks
I love to come here for great food for a decent price. Alqays friendly and a nice atmosphere. Clean and plenty of space and seating. Everytime we eat here this place never disappoints me. Food is amazing and so are the desserts man.. just DELICIOUS 😋 thats all I gotta say.
When were done eating we feel nice and fed. They do an amazing job during this COVID-19 pandemic and I'm always happy with the service 🙂I recieve. The burgers sandwiches.. chicken strips and French fries 🍟 are some of my favorites. Plus you gotta try the MUD PIE 🥧 CAUSE ITS DELICIOUS 😋 😜
Love this place! Taco Tuesday here is a must. $4.50 for 3 pulled pork or brisket tacos and a small cup of beer. Not bad at all and they are delicious. Happy hour specials aren't bad either. Not a huge fan of the Tuesday mini market outside that you have to walk through to get to the entrance, but the food was worth it and the service was great. We will definitely be coming back.
Absolutely best BBQ in Kern county,it Bakersfield,hands down! Blows Saltys outta the water,always delicious, always fresh, always a great atmosphere 🤘🥰
