Went here today, because of a posting made yesterday of their breakfast burritos.
I've been planning to go down there anyway, but I'm so thankful that I did go today. The Sticky Toffee coffee was seriously the best coffee I've ever had, and I'm always one with Starbucks in my hand. And of course that breakfast burrito was amazing. It was incredibly feeling and so delicious. I'm incredibly impressed and very happy. I'll be back.
Even made mention about the Oreo Cheesecake Cookie, that the cookie jar use to carry, and the sweet woman is now going above and beyond and bringing them back. So thankful for that. ♡♡♡

I went in today and we tried a few bakery items and I tried a coffee. It was one of the best coffees I’ve ever had. It was so smooth and easy to drink. We also got a lemon cookie, and I will say that it was the BEST lemon cookie I’ve ever had. The lady who helped us was beyond helpful and friendly. I will be back again for sure! I highly recommend this place!!! ��
Love the coffee, the baked goods are the best downtown, and they are the kindest people! Highly recommend if you’re downtown looking for a local coffee spot.
We tried this coffee about a year ago and enjoyed the flavor. Then my husband thought that all the small company coffees were to was to expensive and so we went back to buying our coffee at the store. After just one bag of regular coffee he realized that Blue Oak Coffee was the best of all the locally grown coffees here in Bakersfield, CA.
So we start our day with fresh ground coffee every day. :)
Stopped by today to say hi and grab a coffee with my son. I can honestly say my ice caramel latte was the best darn coffee I've ever had! Thanks Bernadette!
OKAY, one of the best lattes in town. Also I just had their baked apple cider cinnamon sugar donut... my life will never be the same. Love this place! And the staff is incredible!
I went to my local farmer's market here in town and immediately fell in love with the aroma and taste of the samples they had at hand. Bought myself one bag of Estrada del Sol and Blue Mountain. I've had a lot of different types of coffee but I can honestly say that this is the best I've ever had. The aroma is so fresh and rich and the taste so flavorful and full-bodied. I will definitely keep buying coffee from Blue Oak. Thank you for making great coffee with such finesse and enthusiasm.

Looking for fresh bagels? Made the real way -boiled AND baked? This is the only show in town, especially if you hanker for pumpernickel. Call ahead if you need a dozen or more. The coffee, scones and company are great, too!
I've tried quite a few different coffees in several countries, and I can honestly say Blue Oak Coffee is some of the best I've ever had. Definitely glad I found them!

I just had my first White Chocolate Mocha today. It’s absolutely delicious. I will definitely be back. Bernadette had a great welcoming smile as I enter and the shop itself was super clean not to mention they had Allison Kraus music playing �

Great coffee. Great atmosphere. Absolutely loved the vibe if this place. The Employees are so nice and sweet! My go to Latte was made with absolute perfection. Shout to the lady playing the harp. She played so beautifully and made this the experience all the more awesome. Highly recommend coming here. Definitely one of my favorite coffee spots 😋
Heard about this coffee spot, went to try it out and they did not disappoint!! Our drinks were made good and it was a pumpkin drink! So delicious! The bakery was bomb too! Very good customer service! They have handmade soaps and other products! I highly recommend this spot!!
Lovely people in charge. Low key, super friendly and helpful. They help their patrons carry their orders to their cars if they need it and offered to walk with me to my car to help me feel safe. Favorite new place.
I love this place! The ladies are always so nice, the food is great, and the coffees and teas are amazing. I highly recommend stopping by for a great drink. It doesn't hurt that they are just around the corner from a farmer's market on Saturdays.
Lovely atmosphere, and the front lady was really kind and polite. This was my first time, and I will definitely come back to taste an other flavor!

Not only is the coffee delicious here, the staff is super sweet. There are a few little coffee places popping up around Bakersfield that we really enjoy, Blue Oak definitely being one of the best! One fun thing about this coffee house is there seems to be a lot of community involvement. I went in today and they had paints and things out (for kids I think) and on our first visit they had a community piano out front.
In addition to their coffees and teas, they always have a delectable array of freshly baked goods which they bake on site. Today they had HP inspired cookies, funfetti cookies, chocolate chip cookies, linzer tart (which is super yummy, I got that last time!), a variety of scones (both savoury and sweet), and bagels. I want to mention again-the coffee is phenomenal.
I have only been twice so far, the first time was about a month ago, with my boyfriend. Today only I came in and placed both of our orders but the owner remembered us and his order! (nothing crazy that would stand out, either. Just an iced mocha with a splash of half and half.) The fact that the proprietor remembered us is an exceptional detail; that level of service is astounding.
Blue Oak is my favorite local coffee shop. The owners and workers are all so kind and friendly. They always remember me and my child when we come in. Before we were "regulars," they instantly made me feel welcome here.
