Service sucks. 2 people in front of me, 15 minutes to place my order; then the card reader doesn't work right - you have to hold your mouth a certain way before it will scan. I could have gone to Columbia, picked, roasted and brewed my own beans faster than these guys can produce a beverage. Why
Great customer service by the two baristas. Very friendly and helpful. Dining room is very clean as well as the restroom. Signs are clearly priced and in a good size font making it very easy to read.
I enjoy coming to the Starbucks in the Stockdale Village, they take the time to remember my order & my name for when I arrive to pick it up. By far the best Starbucks here in Bakersfield hands down

Easy to spot from the street but difficult to access. Parking spaces are limited unless you park some distance away. There is no drive-thru which can be a deal breaker for some patrons.
The baristas here are always super nice, even when they're really busy. The drinks are always delicious, and they have awesome breakfast sandwiches.
Its ok but me being a mexican the customers that go there look at me funny like what is he doing here ,but maybe its just me but great service and greay coffee
