Nando's is hard to pin down, they are a cross between a fast food restaurant and a nice (but not upscale) sit down restaurant.
What you get a high quality food, some fast food style, some sit-down style (but you can still carryout).
This Nando's is going more for the sit down crowd, others seem to go more for take out crowd.
My reason for the long explanation is to be ready to pay the price, you are paying sit down prices. But you are are getting high quality, well seasoned and flavorful chicken.

The chicken, in every, form is gluten and dairy-free. You can chose from wings, thighs, breast, livers, legs, or if you are especially hungry, the whole bird. Chicken orders come with a side included. The only thing off limits is the "the cure" which includes french fries. Due to a shared fryer, those are off limits. Stick to the platters and avoid the sandwiches, wraps, and pitas, which are- of course- off limits. If you are gluten-free only and want a salad, opt for the nutty date salad or mediterranean, but both do contain dairy. All of the basting sauces are gluten and dairy-free.
I actually wanted to try this restaurant out because of Niall Horan (One Direction). This is his favorite and I wanted to see what he was raving about.
The chicken was normal. It's like the one we get to eat in the Philippines - from Mang Inasal, but with less grease and better, meatier chicken. However, what I really liked were the sides that came with it and how good the chicken tasted like with the sauce. I tried the medium peri-peri sauce as well as the lemon & herb sauce. I liked the medium while the lemon & herb somewhat tasted weird for me. The portugese rice was really something! It complemented the chicken so much! I also had the macho peas; it was okay. Tasted normal too.
Fantastic. We've been in b-more for a conference and just wanted some fresh "clean" food. Not fried or smothered in sauce. Shared a whole chicken, two sides, and bottle of wine with coworkers. Delicious and reasonably priced. Interesting flavors. Fun funky atmosphere. Friendly service.
The wings, rice, and cole slaw were delicious.
Simply amazing! The food was fantastic. We tried their family plate and it was sufficient. Their chicken was cooked to perfection, we tried the mango 🥭 lemon 🍋 marinade 🤤 . The salad was fresh, crunchy and delicious. The sweet potatoes had a dressing to remember. The attention was great, a young lady greeted us and guided us to our table and explained how to order. They were always making sure we had everything we needed and that the food was up to our expectations. Thank you, we had a great experience! Keep it up!
Great Peruvian chicken and menu. Seasoned well with lots of sauce choices. I had a refreshing cocktail and got the half chicken it was very sltaatyband the staff was helpful and kind!
This place is a hidden gem. I visited the location for the first time today and everything from the food to the environment to the staff was amazing. It is a chicken-based restaurant, but they do have veggie options. The staff went out of their way to be kind, and the restaurant was really clean. The vibe is relaxed and the temperature of the room is cool on what was otherwise a warm day. The food was delicious, I love all of the flavor options. I will definitely be back!
Always loved there chicken and flavor. Tried this location for the first time as I was around Baltimore and loved it. Something that stands out is the ambiance of the place. The place is huge and decorated so wonderfully and colorful. They chicken has flavor and you can order different kind of dishes.
But this time I tried two of the new dishes and my God I loved them.
Chicken livers and chicken wings with peri peri sauce were a bomb and should try for damn sure. Also there egg tarts are a perfect way to end a happy meal. This place definitely has everything that everyone loves.

This Nando's was great! You walk in and either grab a paper menu or they ask you to scan a QR code with your phone for the digital version. The food is tasty and I like their hot sauce selections, which you can sample as you please via their sampling bar near the dining area.
I walked in after work one night, but still received great service, despite it being near closing. One of the managers kept checking in, and was very attentive. I'd been told their seasoned curly fries and one of their desserts was out of stock, but he came back later to say they'd just had a new batch of the desserts so I was welcome to it.
The chicken was tender and good, along with its seasoning and spice level, and the rice and fries (regular fries) were good. The bathroom was out of order by the time I needed it, unfortunately.
Overall, this was good food, with unique and flavorful hot sauces, and an attentive manager. Not many complaints. The manager also offered me a buy one/get one free entree coupon before I left. Looking forward to using it!

I would give this place another try. Food was incredibly yummy with fresh ingredients, unique sauces, hot fries. My rainbow bowl had the perfect level of heat and pickled vegetables were a nice counterfoil to the hot buttery chicken.
I would advise groups to order together on one ticket but it may still not make a difference as I think the food comes out as it is ready. This results in an extremely disjointed dining experience with some peoples food coming in 5 min and others taking literally 45. Make sure you allocate enough time because service is very slow and staff do not seem to have any sense of urgency or flow. The manager was apologetic and gave us a coupon we can’t use bc we are not from here.
The location is bright, large and airy and colorful. Tables were sticky and felt unclean but I have since read another review saying perhaps the varnish is coming off.
So a mixed review but I really loved the food so I would go again with the right patient crew.
The Peri Peri chicken is excellent will the sauce its even better. They have 7 differnt sauces to choose form. My favorites were garlic, herb, & lemon. The fries were hot and crisp with a lite dusting of spices. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing. A wonderful place . A special thank you to Antony the manager. Great service.

So I have seen these places all over and for some reason I have never stopped in. That was a mistake.
This place is great. I love burgers and pizza but sometimes I just want something that feels like like I'm trying to be healthy. Well, I'm pretty sure this place may actually be healthy and taste great.
I had the basic bowl with mango and lime flavors and absolutely loved it. There was enough to be filling save I really did feel like I was eating something that was good for me.
The restaurant itself was very cool with some couch style seating and just a very comfortable and festive vibe overall.
I'll definitely be back for more Nando's. 👍
My goodness. This place is incredible. The service and the food and the cleanliness. The service, coming from a business owner is the type of service to model after, from the manager coming to check on you and give you coupons, to the cook coming out of the kitchen and ask you how the food is, that’s something that I have not experienced very often, truly a 5 Star Place

Portions were smaller than the other location in Baltimore though.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
There’s $1/hr parking outside which is really convenient.
We had 1/2 chicken with rice and peri peri fries & Nando’s choice w/ pp fries.
Outstanding service. Food is amazingly delicious with plenty of variety on the menu. Great place for some vegetarian options. Staff is extremely polite and understanding. Did not have trouble finding parking as well. Highly recommend especially if your looking for something spicy.
Been eating at Nando's a lot lately, it seems. And here we are again at another location (after recently being at the ones in Towson and Harbor East). This one, ... was not the best. The decor was lacking (which I usually love), the staff was lackluster, food delivered slowly and we had to ask about 8 times for our glasses (for drinks). Also, I have been obsessing about the PERi-PERi Chicken Tender Bowl with Medium PERi-PERi sauce. I got it again last night and it was not up to par. There was more arugula in it than romaine (which I had chosen), and the sauce was too light to compete with the strong taste of the arugula. The portion seemed smaller as well. Also, strangely, there were no knives in the cutlery packs, so I could not cut my chicken up.
Incredible meal! My chicken was so good, I could feel my tastebuds thanking me. The salad was crisp, fresh, tasty, and an incredible compliment. The fries were perfect as well. Topped off with a Blue Moon. …or two.
As much as I would love to give them five stars, I can't. Not enough parking! It was my first time there. My car almost got towed. Go with uber or park in safe distance.
