Came here opening day after work and it was amazing! It was pretty busy but absolutely great service in the hotel and bar, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was beautiful, and you could tell everything was decorated and made with care. Good beer selection, good music, and good ambience! Definitely going to make this a regular happy hour spot.
Great food, great drinks, great music, awesome bartenders and a amazing view!

Seated on time. Perfect view of the city. Pleasant and fun atmosphere, excellent food and excellent service.
Great eats, drinks, peeps and view.
This place has been on my list for years and I don’t know why it took me so long to go. The atmosphere and decor were cool, and the views were amazing (there was a beautiful sunset) and the food was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the bread basket (came with 5 breads and 2 butter) and the tuna appetizer. I will definitely be back!
Top of Mount Vernon! Good food with spectacular views! We were there for Christmas dinner and our waitress was super! From her cheery attitude and attentiveness went above and beyond!
With a perfect view of the Mount washington monument, topside is one of the best places to be for sunset in Baltimore. The food itself is pretty good, as are the drinks. There are limited food options, though. The service is brilliant. Be sure to reserve ahead!

There’s only one elevator to the 15th floor so getting up and down from there can take forever.
Love the seasonal cocktail menus. The sangria is always a great choice. Drinks are refreshing and I even like whiskey drinks when I order them from here.
I’ve never been so pleasantly surprised at the dessert option for people who can’t have dairy. I’m very used to being handed a sad dry cookie/pastry, but Topside brought me the most amazing mango sorbet I’ve ever had!
It did make the waiter very sad when I asked for everything without dairy due to intolerance so I’d appreciate not being told removing the feta compromises the dish when I literally cannot eat feta. It doesn’t help. Otherwise, the food was great! We were super happy to go here for restaurant week after two years of saying we needed to go to Topside for food sometime.
A great place for a sunset dinner out when you want a stunning view of Baltimore. Food was delicious, beautiful, and moderately portioned and the non-alcoholic drinks were tasty.
We had a great time here! The view, atmosphere, and service were excellent. The drinks were so creative and delicious (highly recommend Bright & Hazy). Everyone in our party enjoyed their meal. I had the duck breast, which was seasoned perfectly but could have gone crispier on the skin. Also disappointed in the Nutella Napoleon dessert which was kind of dry and unfortunately their coffee carafe was broken so did not have the coffee I wanted to end my meal. But overall, a great experience! Would eat here again.
We went to the front entrance of the Revival Hotel and were able to park for free on the street on a Saturday evening. Went inside, down a few steps and took the elevator to the 15th floor. Very nice tiling, ceilings, lights - atmosphere and decor are cute.
We got the Tuna Taking - excellent! My husband got the duck and I got the prime rib for main dishes. Both were delicious but honestly the duck was the clear winner of the two! Cooked really well and the sear was perfect. We got the Nutella Napoleon for dessert and if you love Nutella, you'll enjoy it! Beautiful view of the city and the Washington monument.
Our server was prompt and super helpful - he answered all of my questions (even silly ones).
Compliments to the chef and team on the delicious food and lovely presentation!
Would certainly come again!
Great food, drinks, and views. Reservation is recommended but bar is likely to accommodate a couple. I had duck breast and potato leak soup, very tasty! They also have their logo in the ice cubes.
Update: avoid the steak, it’s cooked from frozen and not particularly flavorful. The Ricotta and sunset views are nice though.
Southern American style cuisine .
A treat before the winter storm, one of the best restaurants in the area, all the food is very good. Not just any good, but "oh my god" level of good, especially the dessert Napoleon, a must try. Tomorrow, we have to leave in the early morning, miserable wind and rain, all the way to the north. According to the weather bureau, this storm is "a once in a generation event". Well, I hope to arrive safely in New York tomorrow. – 在 Hotel Revival Baltimore
Topside was a lovely experience that I plan to do again. The views are spectacular. The service was excellent and the food is delicious. I was a little taken back by the old fashion on draft but it turned out to be a wonderful cocktail. My seafood rice was seasoned well and full of flavor. Can't wait to come back and try more dishes.
The views at sunset here are great. The ambiance and overall atmosphere is fantastic. It's a good place to hang out, maybe get some drinks. The food was decent, The cauliflower was good and the Crudo was really good. The yellow balloon mocktail was fantastic and our bartender was great. Make sure you try and get a reservation because it's really hard to get seated here without one.
I went here while on a business trip and had a great time! The atmosphere and view are great. Would recommend the short rib
This place came highly suggested from several friends that are local. The bar itself is gorgeous and the cocktails are an absolute must. Definitely take advantage of the sunset for dinner and stay long enough for the night views. I hate being that person to say that everything food wise was good but this place was absolutely on point with food.
Amazing views, incredible food, great service. Chef Alexis knocks it out of the park with each course. So many delicious flavor combinations. Tasty cocktails sipped overlooking Mt Vernon in a great atmosphere. Great attention to details down to the copper flatware. Just go see for yourself.
A feast for the eyes this restaurant offers the breathtaking views and the beautiful small plates. The entrees are small too, big on flavor. The cocktails are really good. The Rose sangria with Botanical Vodka and fresh strawberries was a hit for me because it smelled as good as it tastes— hints of rose and fruit.
I know it’s hard to go by pictures of our plates. Everything was so good I was well into eating before I remembered to snap a few pics. Get the cheese board, meat board and bread to get started. The blue cheese is creamy good especially with the warm raisin bread.
The staff can help you make up your mind about what to eat and suggest combinations to try. You will enjoy a beautiful evening as the sun goes down over Baltimore— she never looked so good! Enjoy
Great views and great food. The sauces were by far my favorite and went well with each of the dishes they came with. They all had a perfect natural flavor. The ricotta and tuna tataki were my favorite and the seafood rice was also very good. All were tastes so unique that youre unlikely to taste them anywhere else.
The place is my new favorite. We stopped for the view and drinks which are amazing, pleasant atmosphere and design, service is great and the food… omg, the food is the best - best dessert (passion fruit) I ever had, the best mushroom soup I ever had and the best chill sea bass I ever had… they make their own ricotta cheese (appetizer on the picture). Highly recommend.
Went to Topside for a date night. The restaurant, located on the top floor of the Revival Baltimore hotel, had great views of Mount Vernon and the Washington monument. The atmosphere was intimate and modern, and I could not be more impressed by the general ambience of the space. There is a wide variety of seating options; for more social atmospheres, the bar, larger tables, and sofas were available, but smaller tables for two were scattered throughout, making Topside an ideal date location. I recommend making a reservation early so that the staff can accommodate the arrangement you are seeking.
In terms of food, we ordered the lobster pasta and the sirloin steak. The lobster pasta was fresh and delicious, and generously portioned with lobster meat despite its rather hefty price of $45. The sirloin steak was a little more rare than I had expected from a medium rare steak, but otherwise delicious and accompanied by a very generous amount of french fries. I recommend either option, though I preferred the lobster pasta.
With great service, ambience, and food, Topside is definitely a place I would recommend to those who are looking for a stylish night out with unbeatable views.
