I became familiar with Ceremony Coffee in Blacksburg, VA. A local shop known as Idego Coffee brews several of their blends. I promptly fell in love with each cup. I happened to be in Baltimore for a conference and made a point to visit the Ceremony shop. If you have the chance it is a neat place and has a very friendly staff. I have brewed Ceremony's coffee in a press, chemex, pour over, and aeropress. Each cup is bursting with flavors and finishes with subtle piquancy. I can highly recommend you check out their coffee. It is delightful. Pick yourself up a conical burr hand grinder, a pour over, and make each morning at home heavenly.

What a lovely experience! The coffee workshop was in session, and it was neat to watch! Love the open bar to watch the baristas work their magic. Got great explanations of the various drink options we were considering from our very patient barista, and had one of the most delicious pourovers; as well as a unique seasonal espresso drink--the likes of which I'd never tried before. Matched with the scrumptious Red Dragon grilled cheese and Amazing Toast, we had the perfect brunch to start our day. Thank you!

My absolute favorite coffee shop in the city. Their coffee hits every. time. There creations always add great flavor while at the same time the coffee always shines through. The egg bacon and cheese biscuits are so delicious to have next a great cup of coffee. Highly recommend!

I was visiting a friend in Baltimore, and this is one of her favorite coffee shops. I must say, it is probably one of mine too now. The atmosphere is great for studying. The baristas were friendly. The coffee was great. I believe I got a lavender latte. She got a matcha. 10/10

Lovely spot to get a couple hours of work in; great selection of small bites and coffee drinks. There something for everyone. Both outdoor and indoor seating. Music was a bit loud, for a Monday- but wearing headphones canceled a majority of the music. There are a few outlets mostly at the bar along the windowed wall. Staff are pleasant and helpful.

Ceremony coffee has my favorite coffee in the whole city. Their roasts just always hit PERFECTLY! Very bright, you can taste the quality in every sip. Whenever wants to get coffee with me, I have them take me to Ceremony. I've sampled several of their crafted drinks, and a few seasonal ones because I always ask for a sip from my friends. Why do I not buy them myself? Because every time I walk in, I contemplate the whole menu... but when I walk up to order my mouth instantly says "16 oz NITRO COLD BREW!" It's just so good! Recently, a friend of mine treated me to some of their avocado toasts. They were perfectly warm, crisp, and delicious. I really liked the lox and some of the pickled onions my friend gave to me :)

First time trying the Peanut Butter Apple Toast. I must say, it was pretty good!. It's a very relaxed and laid back atmosphere which transfers over into the waiting time...lol...but overall good vibes. I'll definitely try to make this at home...🤎

The seasonal drinks are incredible. However, the service is often very slow, and it often feels like I’m interrupting the employees hanging out. The last two times I went, once the espresso machine was broken and the next time the wifi was out. I love going for the seasonal drinks, but I feel like something is always off there. I also have really tried to like the drip coffee but I can’t get into it

I absolutely love this coffee shop and love this location. Their avocado toast is the best that I’ve personally ever had. I order a matcha latte each time and I am never ever disappointed. Their chai lattes aren’t as good as their matcha lattes and I’m not a huge fan of their hot chocolate either. I’m a huge fan of this location specifically. You do have to pay for parking which is the only downside but the location itself is absolutely cozy.

I love the specialty drinks here, especially around the holidays. It’s also a great study spot. However, they have food on the menu that is often unavailable for large periods of time. My favorite coffee shop in Mt Vernon!

Wonderful cafe in Mt. Vernon! The environment is perfect for studying, especially earlier in the morning. The coffee is some of the best I've had, and the food is delicious too. Everything is a bit pricey, but the atmosphere is special!

5/5. I have been a huge fan of the Annapolis location for years, and have been looking forward to visiting their newer Baltimore location since it opened a little over a year ago. I finally had the chance to visit, and it did not disappoint. Beautiful interior, with a clean sleek modern feel. Very conducive for meeting a friend or getting work done. The drinks are carefully crafted and fantastic, with some unique creations as well. Some of the best coffee (and tea!) and the food looked amazing too. In a central location downtown. Loved it!!

Got a bacon egg and cheese on a biscuit and it was average. It’s the size of one from Rofo or McDonald’s but costs more. The drink had a good matcha with a Sakura flavor you can really taste. Person taking my order spelled my name correctly and that was nice.

Good coffee, yummy food and bakery options. Wifi worked well. Could use more outlets for the tables in the middle, ones i saw were only by the windows. the sun beats in which i needed sunglasses to see my laptop. So come fully charged just in case. Street Parking is free on Sundays!

Bagel and pastries are ✅️ Drip is ✅️ , nitro is 💯, espresso drink quality depends on the barista. Prices are great all around. Staff is very polite and engaging. Atmosphere is modern and a bit sterile for my taste, but great for remote work.
