Great Cajun grouper. Just the right amount of seasoning.
Crab cakes. I ordered their "famous crab cakes" delivered to my hotel. They truly were delicious. A few comments though, they were enormous. i could only eat one for dinner and think they could have sold it as one for $20 instead of 2 for $40. It came with bread and a baked potato with one pat of butter. And just a tiny bit of sauce for two crab cakes. There were also teeny pieces of shell in them. Still, I would order them again. They were mostly huge hunks of crab unlike what you get most anywhere else.
Good food but the decor needs updating!!!!
I had the shrimp stuffed with crab imperial and it was delicious! The portions of food is good and my kids loved it also. We went on Saturday and it was really crowded but there wasn't a wait at all for the 4 of us. This is one of the must eat places if you like seafood when you're in Baltimore.
Ate at the Bar. I ate at the bar at night and got lunch price specials.
Crab cake wa s big very good. Had seafood pasta salad for lunch was excellent with lots of shrimp, scallops and crab. very fresh and very good.
Serendipity!. The cab driver recommended this restaurant. I would not have noticed it. BUT the food is amazing! I had the stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer. Next, I had the crab combo which had imperial crab, steamed crab, crab au gratin and - I don't remember the name of the fourth type - but all was heavenly. And, the fresh bread was delicious as well. Definitely put this on your 'restaurants to visit'. Another plus - they have a shuttle that picked us up at the Renaissance Hotel and took us back when we were through!
My mos experience. My favorite dish is the 4 crab combo this is a crab lovers dream i highly recommend this dish to crab lovers all across the united states try it u wont be disappointed also inf u are a drinker you will get your money worth on the drinks theyre not watered down like other restaurants so if u drink please carry a designated driver
Excellent Seafood. During our trip to Baltimore, we decided to try some great Atlantic seafood, and Mo's was reccomended to us by our hotel. The crab and oysters were excellent, as was the shrimp cocktail. Located right in Inner Harbor, Mo's is a great restaurant if you're looking for fresh seafood.
Fantastic crancakes and make a few diff ways. The jumbo cake can feed 2 and it's pricy $35. There are cheaper versions but this one guaranteed there are no fillers, just pure crab. Service was excellent, always kept my glass filled and very polite. They add their own gratudity 18% I think. It said dress code but everyone was in normal attire, nothing special
Loved it, loved it, loved it. I had the fried seafood combo. I have never seen so much food. The crab cake was huge, moist, and choke full of crab. Flounder, scallops, clams, and shrimp fried to perfection. And let's not forget that warm roll with butter. Super soft. I'm a fan of Mo's. Service was great as well. I'm a fan!
We dined with friends while attending a conference in the city. The hotel manager suggested Mo's which was third on his list.
We made a reservation and were greeted and sat promptly at our time.
The server and staff were attentive to our table and provided good service.
The food was outstanding. The crabcake was as expected for Baltimore. The fettuccine was creamy. The salmon was cooked and moist with lots of flavor. The mixed veggies were OK but seemed just a bit undercooked for my normal liking.
Overall great food and experience dining with friends.
First time in MD and I really wanna try crab cake. Low expectations, food was seasoning so well I didn't use garnish or sauce. Food was hot and delivered in reasonable amount of time. I'm a solo visitor. I would come back if I'm ever in Baltimore again. This is crab cake with twin soft shell crabs. Bonus point for great presentation. Price is reasonable.
Wow, I could not believe the serving sizes of the food. I had enough chicken wings to take home for the next day. The crab soup was delicious and the fried calamari was so tender and had the right amount of seasoning. I will definitely be coming back to this place again.
Here in town staying at the Hyatt Regency. A hotel employee recommended MO’s to us when we checked in. Great recommendation!!!! The food was AMAZING. We’ve ordered from them 2x. I got the shrimp and crab pasta but asked for them to make it Cajun! It was enough for 2 people. The second day I order crab cakes. Both meals were absolutely delicious! I didn’t like the soups but I think that’s because I’m used to She Crab soup from where we live.
We have been going for at least 10 years! Yes, we will drive from SE Virginia to go there. The same people have been there consistently and that’s great. We are fans of the lump crab cakes. We were blown away that they were even bigger on our last trip! The cajun shrimp, seafood imperial, stuffed lobster tail, crab dip are all delicious.
The best Crab Cake I have ever had! In Baltimore for the weekend and was told by a number of locals to go to Mo’s for a great crab cake, and man were they right! For starters, they had a shuttle that came to our hotel to pick us up and take us to the restaurant (was prompt and expedient), got to the restaurant and was seated immediately, the cocktails and good and strong, and the service was fast and friendly, lastly, but definitely not least, the Crab Cake…this thing is huge, tastes phenomenal and is just out of this world! If you are in Baltimore do yourself a favor and check out Mo’s Seafood!!
I had a nice drink, excellent oysters, and the OMG stuffed lobster tail. Such a generous portion and so very, very Delicious. Or server was excellent as well, he had great recommendations. Or server's name was I think, Maurice.
Let me tell you about this dining experience that was like church and a comedy show rolled into one! Our server broke down that menu like he was preachin' a sermon on the Book of Culinary Genesis, okay? I felt like I was in Sunday School learnin' about the holy sacrament of seafood!
Now, this 'bowling ball' of seafood and crab that graced our table? Child, I was flabber-GAGGED! I'm talkin' a straight-up culinary miracle! The crab dip? Top tier, like the Beyoncé of appetizers. And that stuffed lobster? Honey, it was singin' hymns to my soul! And Hallelujah, it's soft crab shell season.
I didn't partake in the holy water—by that, I mean alcohol—but my friends? They were sippin' and smilin', amen to that. I'm already plannin' my next pilgrimage to this food temple, 'cause there are some more menu scriptures I need to explore. Can I get an amen? 🙏
I visited Mo's Seafood Restaurant on a whim to pass the time. The server was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. I had the Jumbo Lump Crabcake with Shrimp Alfredo. The sauce was a little thin but divine nonetheless. I couldn't pass up the carrot cake, but I had to take it and most of my meal home. The dinner sizes are enormous! 10/10 will come again.
The crab cakes are to die for. The mussels were very small. The steamed shrimps were excellent. I loved the phenomenal 4 drink. It was so good.
Next time in Baltimore, we'll definitely be at Mo's seafood for dinner. The staff is outstanding, the food (they own the attached fish market) is as fresh as it is delicious!! Pricing a bit more than average, but the huge portions gives you leftovers for at least one more meal!!! So Worth it.... Go to Mo'd
Wow!! Make sure you come here hungry. The food portions are giant!! Everything was amazing!! Definitely a must if you love seafood and you are in the area!

Food was over the top! Super freash as you'd expect, but the Crab Cake had zero filler and was the size of a softball. Staff was very accommodating as we had a very large group. Hands down, best Crab Cake in all of Maryland!! Plus this place has a shuttle to bring you back and forth to your hotel if you're visiting.
What a great place, I was in at 4pm and the service was great and it started filling up around 5pm. I had the seafood trio. Great dish just a bit overpriced at 40 dollars. More like 30-35 would have been fair. The dish was amazing and tasty. I will be back again and order the same thing. Recommended for sure.
We were hoping to find crab in the hardshell to eat, but being new to the Inner Harbor, we didn't know where to go. Mo's has a shuttle from Hyatt to the restaurant, so we took advantage of it. The driver had a cheerful disposition and respectful. Once inside, the hostess seared us promptly and took our drink orders. Took a while trying to decide what to order as I am not a huge crab fan but do enjoy lobster and shrimp. I ended up ordering the lobster bowl and my wife the crab bowl. My granddaughters aren't seafood eaters but did enjoy a cheeseburger (plain) and spaghetti. It took probably 30-45 minutes for the food to arrive. But once the entrees arrive, oh my goodness, it looked amazing. Both bowls were large portions and stuffed with crab, shrimp. My lobster tail was intact and quite tasty as well. We were unable to eat even 1/2 of our meal, so we boxed it up to eat the next day. 100% satisfied with Mo's, and when back in Baltimore, hopefully for the World Series, we'll be back. Go O's!!!
We were trying to find a decent place to eat in the Inner Harbor with little luck when we found Mo's. It's not quite in the Inner Harbor proper but a short walk away. It's pretty unassuming and you honestly wouldn't think much of it from the façade.
We were seated quickly and given two menus. One standard and one with specials that had photos. I figured I'd get the crab trio since we were in Baltimore, my husband had the tilapia.
OMG. If you order the crab trio, come prepared with a large appetite. I kinda wish they had given me a head's up honestly that it would be too much for one person. There were two large clusters of crab legs, one softball size crab cake, and an equally sized crab Florentine. I wasn't expecting the sheer amount of crab, even though this was shown on the aforementioned photo menu. I guess I'm just used to getting smaller crab cakes.
There wasn't a lot of filler and you got a lot of lump crab meat. Flavor on both the crab cake and Florentine was delicious. I can't recall having Florentine in the past and I really loved it. Price was very reasonable for the amount of food. I only wish they had provided some wet-naps or a finger bowl because cracking those crab legs was just messy. They have only one shared restroom so be prepared to wait if you have to clean up all the crabby Old Bay from your hands. :)
The tilapia was great, also a hefty portion with good flavors. There were two large filets on a well seasoned bed of potatoes. The fries on the side were also on point.
Definitely will visit again when we're in the area.
We came out of state and was surprised to see how much crab dip they give u wit real crab and not just sprinkles of meat. The crab cake was the size of a softball with real crab meat, no fluff (pictured) and was very tasty. The only thing I don’t like was that the fried scallops were a little chewy and I dislike the 18% Gratuity (great service will get tipped very well) other than that the serving was fast and it appears the servers help each other with food. Didn’t have to ask for refills they come and just do it.
We spent the Christmas weekend in Baltimore. We were so happy to find that Mo's Seafood was open on Christmas day. The service from our waiter Gus was superb. The portions were huge and the food was simply phenomenal. The crab dip was the best we have ever had, with actual lump crab meat. I highly recommend visiting Mo's if you are in Baltimore!
