Just picked up an order and the two young ladies working behind counter, just had the most amazing positive energy! I was greeted as soon as I walked in, informed where they were at in process of order, it would be another 2 minutes, it was being put together. They quickly wrapped it all up, and handed to me, with the brightest smile and wishing me a good day.

The food was fantastic. I normally go to the Five Guys on Merritt Blvd because I'm usually in that area. This location blew that one away! Everyone in my party enjoyed their meal. The burgers could not have been better! The fries were golden brown and fresh as always. Even though they were a little busy, our orders were filled quickly and the service was excellent. All of the employees were friendly and fast. We honestly couldn't get over how much better the food was at this location versus the Merritt Blvd location we usually eat at. Comparing the two is like night and day.

When I want a good burger it's only 4 places I'll go #1 My own kitchen #2 Valentions #3 Five Guy's and #4Wendy's. Even though the food and fries and shakes are great the prices are very high and not every location has the best service or have the order just right. I think Five Guy's should accommodate the working class or just people who would like to enjoy your service and food at a decent price. Five guy's is a treat for me. So I go every other or few months.
The staff at this location are very friendly and helpful. My order was not right and when I called they offered to make it right and they did. Thank you guys!!!
The team is so efficient and polite and the location is always very clean and organized. This is what the standard of fast food should compare against.
Good burgers but the prices are a little to much. It is still a five star but for the money I prefer shake shack
Milkshake was good but needed more Strawberry Sauce 🍓 the cheese burger 🍔was awesome and the fries were fabulous!
Of course the food is good, but the customer service is better! Love coming to this location, the staff are incredible.

Staff was helpful when ordering. Short wait time was great. The Double Bacon Cheeseburger was pricey, but enjoyable! Tried the Cajun Fries for the first time and thought they were a nice change! Never leave without the complimentary peanuts 🥜
We had a fantastic experience yesterday. We ordered on DoorDash but they did not have any drivers picking up our order, and we called the restaurant to confirm our order was done and was getting cold. We decided to come and pick it up, being hungry and tired of the ever growing ETA on the app. We called back the store and the manager both canceled our order, so that we would get a full refund, then remade our order so it would be hot when we arrived. Then went way above and beyond by not charging us anything for the order and gave us a free drink while we waited for our fries to be done. This is how you do customer service, people. 100 stars.
Overall I was pleased with this Five Guys location. The staff was friendly and my food was prepared well. The restaurant was overall mostly clean.
Got amazing customer service from a young man who just started. I’ve never seen more perfect customer service. He wa a friendly and packet and made sure to put the customer first. Overall great experience! That young man is a keeper keep up the good work!

Staff is atypically friendly and courteous for Balto. One guy in particular looks like Popeye and seems like he'll push your teeth to the back of your head but he's actually super sweet.
For me, it's the best fast burger you're gonna get. At least, anywhere around here. This location is convenient, clean, and the folks were polite and helpful. Soda machines were broken but I can imagine thatll last forever. They even tossed in malt vinegar packets with the fries which was awesome.
