James was very nice & his colleague was awesome. I thought they were brothers! Wings were fried a little too hard, street corn was delicious. Guinness blonde, fresh tasting & cold straight from the pipes. Live music singer had a nice voice. Will be back
The Wayward Bar in Baltimore, Maryland is the perfect spot to grab a drink and enjoy the ambiance. I was particularly impressed with the bartender, Berkeley King. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the extensive list of cocktails and took the time to make recommendations based on my preferences. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor made for a memorable experience. I highly recommend checking out this bar and asking for Berkeley to mix up something amazing.
I ordered takeout and it was amazing. This location doesn't have ribs, so I ordered pork belly, pulled chicken, fries, and gouda mac. The mac n cheese is nice and smoked. The fries were delicious and fresh, even with sitting in the container. I received wings instead of pulled chicken, but not mad about it. I love wings. I received big serving sizes. Enough to break it up into 2 meals. Will definitely go back.
Wayward kitchen and bar is a staple of Baltimore, a staple of society. They have chilled booze and dank BBQ. Great place to come before/during/after Orioles or Ravens. Hell, come after a wedding or funeral. This place is sweet. If you found bartender Dee in the backyard, congrats. Atmosphere is off the charts. Decor is possibly better. If you want to be a cowboy or cowgirl, come grab this place by the horns.
Went to Wayward for flip night for the first time and the drinks and the service were amazing! Look out for bartender Jasmine-she was so sweet and made our experience 10x better. Great environment and cute outside space!
Great spot to visit for games during the day, or a casual lunch. Where this place really shines is the night life! The menu got recently updated, now offering breakfast/lunch/dinner items that will rival any local spot you can find! Love coming here, it’s a must stop if you’re in the area!
Such a fun bar! Good vibes and great prices! They have a fun game that if you guess heads or tails correctly when the bartender flips a coin…your drink is a penny! Unheard of!

I moved to Baltimore in the fall and while trying to familiarize myself with the local bar scene I decided to check out Wayward. SOOOO happy that I did! Months later I still find myself going back regularly and loving it every time! The staff is amazing. The manager AD and bartenders Jon & Ben are phenomenal in making sure their customers have a great experience. I’m embarrassed to admit that I’m definitely one of those people who go to restaurants and have a ton of specifications/modifications on how I want my food prepared, but at Wayward they gladly accommodate my orders and they always come out perfect. The food there is rreeaalllyy good (I’ve included a few pics of the deliciousness for your viewing pleasure). I love that Wayward is a good chill place to grab dinner/drinks with your friends during the week, and that on the weekends they bring in a DJ and there becomes much more of a party vibe. I’m glad that no matter whether I’m in the mood to chill, or turn up, I found one place where I can do both! I could go on and on about how great the place is, but you should just go check it out for yourself!
New comer to the area and I am happy I went here. The vibe, the staff, the drinks, the FOOD !! Great bar for millennials and college students.
We tried the cauliflower Buffalo bites, old bay wings and Buffalo wings. Everything was absolutely delicious
I ordered the brisket mac and cheese and it was phenomenal!
My bf ordered the alabama and my mom ordered the burrito. Im giving it 4 stars because the only thing i liked was my brisket mac and cheese
The guacamole that came with the burrito wasn't good at all :( and i thought that it was a pretty basic dish to make it good.
It is a very cool place though, i see myself coming back. Very spacious area. They have so many beers and drinks on the menu. Very cool interior. Definitely a nice hangout place.
Wonderful bar/restaurant combo. After moving into the area I was immediately looking for my “go-to” spot in town for food and drinks. My roommates and I immediately gravitated to Wayward. Food and Drinks, phenomenal! But what was even better, the service. All of the staff was amazing, especially the Manager Berkley. She was so kind and helpful when navigating the menu, and had great banter keeping our constant dinners and drinks entertaining and lighthearted. If you live/are visiting the area, Wayward is a 10/10 must go!
I recently had to pleasure of dining at Wayward. I had various barbecue dishes, pulled pork etc. served with mac and cheese. The food was good. The atmosphere and the buildout is topnotch and will definitely make you return.
The music was great, the dj killed it! Good drinks and jazz is a great bartender! We definitely coming back. Thursday flip nights are the best!
Awesome awesome awesome place. Outstanding service and delicious food. Music playing at a reasonable level where you can hear the excellent bartender who brought us menus and water. Their “happy hour” was a great deal and had everything from domestic bottles to sick cocktails. Their fries were crispy and drizzled with a ranch sauce to die for. Would never return anything or ask for a refund. Come one, come all. Best bar in Baltimore. Bailey is also cool.
We had the Pit Beef and it was extremely delicious, it was moist and full of flavor. The drinks were also superb and had the right combination of alcohol to mixer
Stopped by here on a recent trip to Baltimore with some coworkers. Place was packed with lively people and the staff was popping out drinks with incredible speed and accuracy while still interacting with everyone. It was impressive. The most memorable bartender that served us was Berkeley! She was great, remembered our drinks and made us feel at home
Wayward is the place to be any day of the week!! Super fun music and dancing all weekend long, great drink deals and amazing food. The staff has great energy and always knows how to have a good time. One of the managers, Berkeley, served us last weekend and made our experience 10x better. Super friendly and made sure we were taken care of. We will be back every weekend!!!
Took a chance on this place… Loved the atmosphere, food was top notch, drinks were awesome, really a great relaxing night out with friends. The best was the service, everyone was friendly and attentive. Spent quite a bit of time at the bar, Berkeley was phenomenal, will definitely be returning!
