We stopped by on Fat Tuesday for lunch. Even though they were extremely busy I must say everyone was on point, from the ladies behind the counter to the food! We got the Duck Pastrami and Tasso ham sandwich (OUT OF THE WORLD)! Neil is an amazing chef and this place is such a gem! I just wish it was closer because we would go even more! Their baked goods are to die for. I know its simple... but the chocolate chip cookie is the way to go. Super fudgy and chewy! (Literally want another right now!) Thank you Neil, Lisa & Staff for such an amazing lunch outing!
Absolutely love this place. My husband and go for Saturday brunch regularly, and are never disappointed. The menu is well thought out with great seasonal options. Service is wonderful and the staff are warm and friendly! Also serves as a great study spot in the afternoon!
A couple of my faves:
Coronation chicken salad sandwich
All day egg and cheese on a cheddar biscuit
Chocolate chip cookies
London fog
Some of the best food and pastries in Baltimore! The chips they give you with your sandwich are awe inspiring. There is always something new to try on the menu, and in the display cases. Even if you don't have a sweet tooth, you will be tempted by the baked goods!
Possibly one of the best breakfast/brunch experiences I've ever had. A wide selection of food with character and flavor that'll have you reveling about it for the rest of the day.
I go to The Corner Pantry after my yoga class on Saturdays as a treat. I order a Decaf mocha latte, which is just right, and one of their creative, house-made donuts if I can't resist that week's specialty, or quiche and salad or a scone or muffin. Just recently had their raspberry and chocolate pop tart- to die for! A very special place. Don't miss it.
Great food and friendly staff. Good for a quick bite or full meal.
Everything about this place is amazing! I love the breakfast quinoa bowl! Awesome chocolate chip cookies as well as coffee! Keep it up!!
Had the 'all day' scramble egg, sausage sandwich on a homemade cheese bisquit today and would suggest it was the most incredible egg sandwich I have had in my life. Bravo! This deserves to be national, an epic sandwich - all of Baltimore should taste!
I just had a falafel sandwich for dinner and it was the best falafel I've ever had. I wish I got two!
Not sure how I've never heard of this place before. Being a Brit myself, I'm always looking for somewhere for a good sausage roll, among other British culinary delights. I went a little crazy on my first visit and probably consumed my weeks calories in one day. The scotch egg was simply amazing. Better than any I've ever had back home. The sausage roll and Cornish pasty did not disappoint either. The ham and brie sandwich was also delicious and the homemade crisps were a delightful surprise. My only complaint is that I missed out on the traditional English Roast Dinner that was served recently on a Thursday dinner night. Hopefully they'll do it again soon. Thankfully the evenings are getting lighter again because now I've discovered this place, I'm going to have go on extra long runs to burn off the calories I plan to consume as I make my way through the enticing menu.
Fantastic food, great service, strong coffee! I go out of my way to come here!
Everything from the cheddar biscuits to the salad bar is AMAZING!!!! Love this place!

The cheese biscuits were the best ever. I am from Iowa and was visiting Baltimore. This is the most wonderful place to eat!
I just had, hands down, THE best burger I've ever had in my life. The meat was perfectly cooked and seasoned, delicious heirloom tomatoes, pesto mayo, delicious cheddar, sensational caramelized onions, and a light, fluffy brioche bun. And the old bay chips that came with it were phenomenal! Every single detail was considered. A foodie like myself greatly appreciates the care and delicacy with which Chef Howell creates and prepares his menu. Thank you and please continue being my favorite place to indulge!

Amazing food!! Very impressed!!! (Great coffee as well)
This place is also a grab and go cafe type. You can get a cup of coffee, fruit, pastries, and then be on your way. I decided to sit down. The cinnamon brioche bun was fantastic. Buttery like a croissant and not overly sweet or heavy. The breakfast sandwich on the other hand was... Interesting. It was also on brioche but the texture was a little crumbly like cornbread and when I took my first bite I thought it was on sourdough. So I separated the ingredients. Bread was fine, eggs were seasoned well, meat was grilled, but the avocado was tart. I'm not sure how much lemon or lime they used but it was overpowering to the point it tasted sour (as a flavor, not as in spoiled) so I ate the eggs and meat separately and took a couple bites of the bread and left it at that. I'm gonna chock it up to just an off or over seasoned batch but I would recommend this place, and if local, would come back frequently.
I very much like this restaurant and their food (both 5 stars); I just wish the parking were somewhat better/less crowded (the crowded/busy parking is a testament to the popularity of the restaurant).
Breakfast all day - delicious eggs, scones, sausages, and other British foods. The crumpets are fantastic.. Wonderful and delicious bakery items, such as cherry-lime scones, and raspberry financiers. Their coffee beverages were excellent.
The staff are courteous and helpful - their service cannot be beat. The decor and atmosphere - all reminders of the UK - paintings of Queen Elizabeth, the Union Jack, and beautiful fresh flowers. They have indoor seating as well as covered outdoor seating.
The Corner Pantry is worth a stop, many stops if you like British breakfast or bakery items. Such a lovely addition to Ruxton.
This is one of my favorites in Balitmore!!, they are only open till lunch, so make sure your there early! The food here is fresh and amazing, and the menu changes all the time. If your not sure what to try ask the staff, they have always given me great suggestions. In fact a almost always ask now! Everything here is great.they also do great teas and coffee plus fresh juice. I try to do at least once a week! They have never let me down on there menu which always changes! And I just had the fish and chips on Friday!!! Perfect!!
Wow. When a venue is packed on a weekday for breakfast, you know it’s good!
I lucked out and got a table outside. Unfortunately I didn’t get to eat this visit but I will most definitely be back to explore their menu. The latte I had was amazing!
I actually met the owner and she was so nice and even let me sample a new past dish.
And Olivia is the sweetest ever!! She gave me the best suggestions for food and even asked what I ordered! That’s service for real!
I can totally tell why it’s a very busy spot!
The salad dressing was a bit too sour for me. It my companion liked their pesto pasta and bao bun. They have a nice selection of pastries and I enjoyed the cookie and pound cake
Probably my favorite place for breakfast in Baltimore. Incredible food. Fun atmosphere, but gets busy so be sure to come early. The quiche was excellent.
This is the home of my favorite egg sandwich. They are so fluffy. Salads and sandwiches are also great plus plenty of fresh pastries and a nice coffee program.
Always a favorite when I’m up in Roland park
Ooooh, golly y'all, I had one of the best lunches ever with my colleagues here the other day. My toasted crumpet was maybe the best thing I've eaten all year, my salad was scrumptious, my matcha was delicious and had a unique flavor profile. Service was amazing, we sat at an outdoor table and it was lovely. This place is clearly so well run- from the cooks/chefs to the baristas to the managers, these folks are good at what they do and so welcoming and helpful! Will happily drive all the way from silver spring again just to eat here.
What a delightful treat! True English scones and fabulous breakfast choices. Excellent coffee and fresh juices. Not much else I could possibly need of a morning!
This is my favorite breakfast spot on the weekends! The fat egg w/ bacon sandwich and an iced americano is my order!! Everything I’ve ordered from here has been so yummy! It can get crowded sometimes but I always order ahead! I would definitely recommend the coffee 👍🏽
Try to get here before 11am, to get the breakfast menu. Go for the crumpet and treacle butter!
They have coffee and tea for those starting their morning, theres a small selection of tasty pastries, and a chef curated menu.
I once asked for an extra egg on my breakfast bowl, and they chef came out to tell me it was perfect the way it is. It was very tasty and filling.
Crowded and cramped...and wonderful. Get here before opening if you expect a seat. But once there the delightful staff make the experience awesome. The food is the reason it's so crowded. That and the fact that it's really small eatery. But I'll definitely be bake for more. FYI my son says the chocolate chip cookies were the best he ever had. They'd better be for the price. Great breakfast spot. First time there. I'll definitely be back.
3/23 Caveat, this is the only time I have updated a review but after coming here numerous times I did this place a disservice by only giving it 4 stars. Although I should explore the menu more, I usually just get the full English, a delicious English breakfast with decidedly American portions. And every time the staff is uber polite and helpful, from the owner on down. The full English can't be healthy for you on a regular basis but there are many other healthier options to choose from...but not for me. I'll just hit the gym harder and enjoy the decadence. When the weather gets warmer I will be sure to take advantage of the outdoor seating, as the restaurant is quite noisy with patrons chatting and families with kids. Just my personal preference I enjoy my meals and tea in a quiet area. I definitely need to try this place during the week for their lunch. So in a rare case of having to correct myself 😏 I'm upgrading this spot to 5 stars.
We went here for breakfast this morning and it was incredible! I ordered a rosemary and orange scone. It was large, delicious, and came with wonderful butter and jam. My partner got the goat cheese quiche, which was also delicious. Coffee was great and customer service was terrific. Highly recommended!
The Corner Pantry is my go place to for a yummy brunch and pastries. The menu is updated frequently and the ingredients and imagination of the food keeps me coming back.
The London Fog and cheddar biscuit are my favorite. But truly, I enjoy all the breakfast food here. You literally can't go wrong with anything.
They are not open on Sundays.
It's always packed on, but moves quickly.
I've never not gotten a table.
Check out Ivy Bookstore a 1/2 mile down the road to read off your breakfast!
This place is absolutely the best! We are a celiac household and this is one of the few place we can go for a delicious meal with great GF options (with cc measures in place also!) The vibe is great and the food is amazing. Thank you Corner Pantry!!
