We had an awesome experience here. From the service to the food and the atmosphere, this will definitely be one of our go-to spots. We would recommend it to anyone. It has a charm and style unique to anywhere else we've gone in Baltimore. Thank you!

Great beer selection and even better food! Fresh ingredients and fresh ideas! This place is a top favorite for me! I had the Moroccan Burger and it was everything I wanted it to be!

Very very kind staff, amazing food from start to end, and the owner’s dog made it amazing! Only critique is that the ambiance is Asian inspired but not the menu… was slightly confusing but food was amazing! I will for sure be going back.

Every single thing we had was wonderful! We got the egg roll, Korean pancake, and the Mac & cheese. Entrees we’re steak and shrimp tacos! Best first experience and won’t be our last time here!

An unsuspecting place with amazing food! We've been eating here for a while. During the days of Covid shutdowns we found their daily dinner specials that include food and drink. Whether you take away or eat in, the steaks are always cooked to perfection!! Can't go wrong with either the steak frites or the classic fan fav Guinness fillet - always fall apart amazing. They do tend to close a little earlier than other places, but our group of 4 were finishing desert about 30 minutes past closing on a Saturday night and we didn't feel rushed out or anything.

Stopped into Blair’s on their second weekend open. The place was full and yet despite being new, the staff was on their A game and the food was great. No complaints. Pictured is the Hotter Than Hell burger which I only recommend if you have a serious tolerance for spicy food. Try the feta app!

As the second incarnation of Jack's Bistro of Canton fame, Blair's on Hudson continues the tradition of delicious and eclectic dishes that should be rated upon some of the best in the City. The chef's ability to fuse the flavors of Southeast Asia, North Africa and other regions of the world into comfort food with an innovative American taste continues to astound. Likewise, Blair's continues to fill the role of a neighborhood restaurant and bar with a very local feel to it with the same old peanut butter and jelly shots. While the new setting currently doesn't quite have the homey feel of their last venue, I am sure some added decoration and warmth will be added in the years to come. Reservations are strongly recommended.

Our entire party was delighted with the food. Great service. Always enjoy everything here. While not listed on the menu, they did have chicken nuggets that my five year old really loved. It's more of an adult scene though so would only recommend bringing a kid if they can sit still.

Great food and service. The steak frites and crab cakes were both really good. My cocktail was a little watery but life's too short to hold a grudge. Still recommend

The food was a 5. The ambiance was a 3. So the review levels out at a 4. The Guinness filet was terrific and I get why it's the standout dish. So totally get that. But the whole feel of this restaurant from the outside is this great neighborhood bistro. And there is a bar, but no bartender on the night. Also, as some have mentioned the restaurant is done in an asian decor. Like someone bought a Japanese sushi place and just didn't redo the walls. And they use enclosed booths, which I'm thinking was done for COVID, but it gives it a real closed off feeling and seems out of place as the booths aren't connected to the walls. Again, the food was terrific and I'd totally get takeout, but I thought the interior choices were odd.

The service was impeccable, the food was delicious. If you’re looking for a great date night spot in Canton, I would highly recommend Blair on Hudson.

One of the best steaks and fries (smoked!) in the city, not afraid to take risks with their dishes. The owner/operators there are very friendly, make a good drink, and have a fun habit of playing old The Office episodes on loop behind the bar. Also take public health very seriously, good place to eat and feel safe. Comply with the mask mandate, which is sadly rare in this area of the city.

We've had many dishes here and Jack's over the years. We were regulars. This was our least exciting experience to date. The front of the house manager was snarky when we didn't have a reservation. (Yes, it was Valentine's day but while we were there 4 tables were never occupied.) There was only one server. She was good, very attentive. Our food took, what we deemed was an exceedingly long time, just shy of 30 min. A table that came in much later was nearly done when we got our meals. I'm not sure the addition of disposable plates is an improvement. Food: The Guinness filet is still excellent. Honestly, I order it for the grits! Kitchen noodles, this time w steak, was very filling and full of steak! Hon tea was also a new drink for me and it was quite tasty. I really hate posting this negative of a review. Ted is an excellent chef however the front of the house isn't run well. I miss Christie and her charisma!

Very, very good 😋 Absolutely 1 of the best restaurants we have been to. We are in our 70s and foodies. This is a small local owner/chef/bartender that plays to the audience - fun dining at a very high level 👍

Both times I have been the food was great. Imo the fillet was better than the Guinness burger. The Guinness burger did not have any of the normal toppings: lettuce, pickles, tomato's, etc. It just felt incomplete to me, though it was still good. The two times I visited could not be more different in terms of service. The first visit was on a Sunday and it was empty. We sat at the bar and had a good time talking to the bartender. The second visit was a Wednesday and it was packed. I sat at a table because the bar was full and there was only one bartender taking care of the whole restaurant. Overall still a 4 because the atmosphere was good and the food was better. I'll only plan on visiting if it's not that busy though.

Absolutely delicious and top notch quality. Guinness Filet is 10/10, great whiskey and wine selection, and they run amazing weeknight specials!

Amazing food and drink options. We got 3 appetizers and 4 separate entrees as a group and everyone was very happy. The service was outstanding, both hostess and waiter (you’re the man, Elliot!). I read concerns about the difference between Jack’s Bistro and here prior to coming, and can confidently say that, if anything, it was an even better experience, though tough to compare win with win!

It's mind boggling to me that in all my years in Baltimore, no one has ever recommended this little gem. It's right next to Lee's Pint and Shell too, where I go for happy hour all the time! At any rate, the food is great and there's a super cute dog. We got: Guiness filet mignon - Perfectly cooked amd tender. I'm usually not a person who likes sauce on my steak - a good quality steak only really needs some salt and pepper. Howver, this sauce was really delicious, adding an unexpected sweetness to the dish. Crab cake on mac and cheese - The crab cake wouldn't really work as a standalone crab cake, but in combination with the mac and cheese, it was pretty perfect. And the mac and cheese itself was all sorts of creamy goodness. Lemon marscapone cake - So light and airy, with a subtle lemon flavor. I would definitely get it again. Oreo mousse cake - I'm not actually a fan of oreas so I can't speak to this one. I did like the texture of the mousse and appreciated that the cake as a whole wasn't too sweet, as you would expect from something with oreos.

My main reason to go to this place was the impossible burger, which is a veggie burger that simulates meat extremely well. I enjoyed that. It's a cozy neighborhood bar. On the downside my date and I didn't like the use of paper plates and we felt cramped in the space. Other than the burger the food was not exceptional.
