What a GREAT place for breakfast when you are downtown! (Although I'm sure lunch and dinner is even better) I had an omelette which was perfect and loved the breakfast style potatoes! Great seasoning. Really good coffee to and extremely reasonable prices on everything. Will definitely go back next time I'm downtown.

The staff is friendly and the food isn't bad. If you dine in it's a bit humid from the kitchen and the doors opening quite often. The bathroom is clean but there's no paper towels. All in all, it's a good spot to grab a bite before the Orioles game.

My husband and I found this place while staying in baltimore during our daughters nicu stay. The food is great but the family that owns this place is even better. We are so thankful that we found them!

I love the family that runs this place. They are so friendly and gracious! I really enjoy certain lunch items from here. My go tos are the tuna or shrimp salad on a pita and I love the onion rings!

Amazing authentic Greek food that is always fresh! Also definitely get the bacon, egg and cheese with home fries! The stuff is wonderful and always greet you with a smile!

Great breakfast! This was the only place we could find outside the hotel that was serving breakfast on Sunday morning. Planning to come back for lunch or dinner someday.

Ever been to a classic Greek diner? Penn & Pratt is a classic Greek diner....good food, service, prices. Nothing pretentious or overdone. Hits the spot!

Loved it, nothing fancy, just a local place in the historic row houses near Babe Ruth's birthplace and museum. Nice folks, good food, normal prices for normal people.

I can't say enough about this place. I have been eating here for 5 years and it has been an amazing experience. At Penn and Pratt Restaurant you are not just another customer or just another dollar, your family. They are a family owned and operated restaurant and they treat you like one of their own. The food is amazing and very reasonably priced. Nice seating and beautiful decor. You are never rushed to eat and pay. Being a frequent customer they remember my order and I feel like I'm special. They serve breakfast all day (during the hours their open) so no matter what time you will always find something that pleases your taste buds. As I mentioned before I could go on and on. However, the best thing I can say is if you don't want to take my word for it, Then try it out for yourself. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!

Friendly staff and decent food. It's a good spot for lunch on a workday - not a place to target for a meal out.

One of the best diners I’ve been too, I wish I had taken a picture of my meal! Even their buttered toast was impressive… and their Greek frappes are one of a kind

This special place is like a small town cafe (like in my home state of MN) in the middle of Baltimore. I have had many nice experiences here over the years, and I hope to have more. While the food is SOLID, the people there make the experience. When the hospital does not have room for me, I make Penn and Pratt "my office". You won't be disappointed.
