I love their shrimp salad sandwich...so worth the wait...it comes with rippled chips and a pickle for only $8.50. The sandwich is big...I always get plain white bread..it really is that good...

From the outside..the restaurant isn't fancy, in fact I've passed it a few times until I decided to read the reviews. Once inside I was pleased with the service and the food was great. I had the shrimp Parm and the Seafood Alfredo. I was also please that the crab meat was real Maryland Crab meat and not the imitation crab meat. I will be coming back.
I absolutely love eating from here. Great food at reasonable prices and the seafood is always fresh and food is always filling.
Chesapeake Caesar Salad was on point. I will be back!!
Had a family friend from Eastern Shore. She ordered meat loaf lunch n I ordered cheese steak. Both order cream of crab soup. Loved it as usual.
From the shrimp salad wraps to the chicken Parmesan, everything is absolutely wonderful!!
They know how to make a proper bowl of Maryland crab soup...this much I know.
This has always been my favorite place and since I wanted to go there for my birthday my family took me there. It was their first time and they requested something not on the menu but the manager went out of their way to another store to get it. Their Customer service can't be beat and for now on they'll be doing our catering services. Tab was our waitress and was the BEST ever!!!! Thanks for helping this bday be so great! Because of you we will definitely keep coming back
Stopped in on way back from Maryland. Had the chicken Caesar salad with crab mean and a burger and fries! Food was amazing and so was the cake I got to go! Definitely will stop back of in the area!
Their food is absolutely fantastic. My wife was at UMMC Baltimore for a major surgery.
The medical staff there was beyond fantastic. However, we needed a lighter diet.
The Caesar salads that we ordered were great! The vegetables were wonderful, the grilled chicken eas great, and the amount of salad was more than adequate.
We will be ordering dinner from them tonight.
We ordered a small vegetable pizza, which was wonderful as well.
My family has eaten or ordered from here for many years and have tried almost everything on the menu. It has all been delicious and I do mean delicious. The food is always hot and plentiful. I Highly recommend the crab cakes and manicotti dinners. The club sandwich is also very good. You really can't go wrong with anything you order. Like I said we have never been dissatisfaction with anything we order. They also have a variety of desserts.The employees have always been friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place for lunch or even desert.
I have shared a picture of the pasta. Day 1 it was just ok bc I’m used to mine with sausages added. The garlic bread I didn’t like it was a sun roll with garlic and butter toasted. As you see this dish can very well be enough for 2 people as well as the Cajun Chicken Alfredo (my fav at this location). Day 2 I revisited this pasta and it was amazing I didn’t even think about the missing sausages. Lol ****I would definitely get this again & plan to share***
Can I give more than 5 stars? This was my first time eating here. Just happened to drive by. So, you can order inside or call-in (which I recommend). Then, drive up to the pickup window to pay and get your food. Then comes the fun part...EAT!!! Service people are efficient and conscientious. Italiano's is now on my list!!
Food was very good, the service was slow needs improvement & and parking is a bit tight!
I am not a fan of this spiraled mac, the crab cakes are the headliners and for that 5/5. I usually get one crab cake and fries, I can never eat it all. I brought the double crab cake platter so it will serve as my lunch for tomorrow. This was well worth every dime I spent on it. I love that this restaurant has a drive thru option.
Very friendly people, an open friendly/family style layout in the restaurant. Their mozzarella sticks are perfection to me! I have to grab an order anytime I am in the area.
Absolutely love this little dive. The food is really super good. I got a Caesar salad on this visit it had a house made dressing on it that was to die for!!!! I highly recommend it. The waitress was super informative. Also the cream of crab was was outta this world. Be fore warned it is more like a bisque than a soup. But delicious none the less!!! Definitely will eat it again
Got lost on the way to the beach in Baltimore That's another story! Ended up in a terrible neighborhood found this place. Great food friendly service a wonderful respite in the middle of nowhere.
Great service and ppl, but thats not why we come here. Now i only had Buffalo wings and creame of crab soup. Both were horrible, wings overcooked and sauce taste like water.the crab soup was all runny with light old bay only on top, didnt taste and resemblance of seafood in the soup. Just horrible all the way around, im mad because its a late night meal and i just had to spend extra at McDonald's just to eat.

So I’ve ordered from Italiano’s now twice and there are a lot of positives. As others have said, the staff is friendly. I went late on a Friday night with a large group and they were very accommodating and attentive ; it was 14 of us total and we dined in. Everyone enjoyed their meal and so did I. I got two appetizers and a dessert but they were filling enough to almost be an entree. The carrot cake was sooo moist and delicious!! I got the spanakopita (spinach pie), and pita with tzatziki sauce along with French fries. They fry their French fries pretty hard so beware of that but they were still really good. Other ppl in my group got their fried chicken, a salad, a gyro, pizza and other things and everyone was more than satisfied.
Through grubhub on another day I got their banana stuffed challah bread French toast. Both were absolutely delicious with generous portions. I would highly recommend and would visit/order from again. I only deducted a star due to one of the water pitchers being dirty when we dined in.
Overall pretty good...however, the food portions were NOT worth the price charged by any means...no butter with the rolls, which weren't that warm to begin with, the cheese cake tasted like jello-instant with canned strawberries, is that 'TVP' in the meat Lasagna instead of beef!?, the chicken was overcooked and dry in the Chic Parmesan...

Clean great service and great food. Moreso a carry out spot but they have multiple tvs and drinks if you want to dine in! Definitely recommend
