I love A1. They've been in the neighborhood for more than 30 years. The food has been consistently good and the family that runs it are wonderful people. The pizza is the best around!
Simon provided excellent customer service. We had an error with our order. Nothing crazy, but when brought to his attention he went above and beyond and had his cousin hand deliver the corrected order to me. Regular customers and will continue to be. By the way, the food is great as well.

They are so friendly and customer orientated. Grub Hub cancelled my order, but when I called the restaurant, they offered to delivery it themselves on a Saturday night! Now I call that customer appreciation!!
Love this place! There pizza is my favorite from the meat supreme to the cheese. PERSONAL PREFERENCE, I have always ordered light sauce on all my pizzas too! They always say no problem. Eager to accommodate a change in item if possible. Check out specials they offer for ordering pick up. I recommend it. Never was longer then 15 min from order until done waiting on me. Not to mention still Hot and fresh when i get there!!!!!!!!!!!
This is the best sub shop in the area. A1 is reasonably priced, especially when considering how expensive things have gotten. I'm always greeted with great service. The food is delicious, and the portions are great. A1 stands out as a diamond in the rough
Love their chz steak subs, FF w/gravy, n friendly staff. Wish they were open later.
Stopped in for a pie on my way home. Staff was nice and courteous. They cooked it perfect and pretty quickly. On top of all that it was tasty. I'll admit I had one bad delivery experience here a few years back and never ordered again. I'd definitely try delivery as an option.

This is the best pizza hands down in Baltimore. The customer service is amazing. My go to order is a Buffalo chicken wrap and let me tell you, it is AMAZING. you won’t regret going to A-1. I order from here every week and it never gets old!
I honestly never leave reviews but I had to with A1 I haven't been in the area for a long time and when I called they were closing I told them I wouldn't make it they STAYED HOW AWESOME WAS THAT then I got there earlier then the time I said they waited to make it so it would still be hot THATS BEYOND MOST CUSTOMERS SERVICE THANK U GUYS SOO MUCH THEN I FOOD @^#%$*# AMAZING the staff super friendly (and cute too ;) ladies
