I like cookies with white chocolate.
I order at about ~ 8 P.M; not crowded so the service quite quick.

The pictures alone should show how delicious these cookies were! Fair warning, the Charles Village location is NOT doing in person orders, only pickup and delivery (within a certain radius, $6 order minimum).
I found out the hard way after appearing in person. Some signage is def needed. Reason why I took off a star. Small staff but they were quick once I placed the order on my phone. The two cookies I had were warm and delicious 😋. Not too soft, right amount of thickness and sweetness. I like firm, crunchy cookies ~ think blue chips ahoy and Famous Amos/Oreo lover ~
I got the Vegan Birthday cake cookie and the double chocolate chunk. A bit pricey but worth it. I would recommend and visit again. I love cookies and generally can be a little picky but they exceeded my expectations since it’s been several years since I’ve purchased or been in store.
First time visiting and was excited to learn they have ice cream as well. The young lady serving me was very sweet and recommended a scoop of ice cream on a cookie. I went with a salted caramel ice cream she recommended on a chocolate chip cookie. It didn't survive the walk home. Very yummy. I'd strongly recommend it! 😀
Dawg this was sooooooooooo good!!!! The cookies were baked to a perfect level. Crispy on the outside and fresh and soft on the inside. Every bite I took resulted in flavour coursing through my veins!!! The staff were also soooo nice!! They were nice and chatty and we had a great time going there! 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Cookies tasted great but the minis look like they are just the scraps. Some had only a couple of chocolate chunks and were smaller than the rest; there was no uniform size.
I like their basics like white chocolate macadamia and chocolate chunk. My daughter likes the deluxe s'mores. They are alittle pricey but cookies are my vice.

Very delicious! Moist and chocolate was just the right amount on the inside of the chocolate chip cookies.

I just wanna say this was the best service ever. I called the store but reached customer service instead because I couldn’t figure out how to get inside the building due to a locked door. Although the store hours stated they were open and there were workers there. She was very patient and also called the store and had someone meet me at the door. Apparently the door locks at a certain time of night. I understand and I’m not upset in any way. I’m happy I was able to order my cookies after a long day of work. Thank you guys this made my day.
I love this store. I wouldn’t recommend getting them delivered through doordash because sometimes they’re on time and sometimes I wait about an hour. But anytime I place an order for pickup my order is always correct and my cookies are fresh. Customer service is always great here. I came here Saturday 09/17 around 12:00ish I can’t remember the lady name but she was so nice and patient with the customers. She was moving fast but I didn’t feel rushed. She still made sure to make us feel welcome and taken care of.
