Love it! Our company uses it for meetings, trainings and other similar events during the day. I know this space is also used for cocktail hours and parties at night.
It's easy to see why. The space is not only super versatile, with a PA system, microphone, projector, full bar, bathrooms, and more -- the staff second to none and knows how to take care of their guests.
Highly recommend the 13th Floor for any kind of event you can conceive of. It's sure to be a success here!
We had a baby shower in the 13th floor and it was fantastic! We experienced great service and the venue was flexible in accommodating our needs. The views from this floor are amazing and set a very cool backdrop to the event. I would definitely consider this venue for other types of events as well. It would be a really cool spot to host a birthday part or wedding anniversary!
In regards to food, we really enjoyed it. We had a brunch and the brie pie thing they made was SO GOOD! If you have a breakfast/brunch event there, definitely get that one.
All in all we were extremely satisfied with the location, service, and food. I would highly recommend this venue.
Great sight, great food and good service. They took some time to bring the food and they pour the coffee in small amounts each time. Is not big deal because it has free refill, but it's a little frustrating if you are a real coffee drinker.
My husband and I were so thrilled with this entire experience. We booked early because we were having a New Year's Eve wedding, but we were never made to feel like we couldn't write or contact the venue just because there was so much time until our event (Almost 2 years). Every email* was answered promptly. *(The only reason I gave this 4.5 stars versus 5 was that there were several staffing changes - from Logan to Nancy to Katie to finally, Lindsay - and while I understand staffing changes occur, Katie was not responsive in fast manner. Lindsay made up for that completely, however, I must note how great she was!) We had fun at our tasting, the portions are great, you really get a feel for the food, which was also true on the wedding day. Amazing plates, all of our guests commented on this. This team is so incredibly organized. Lindsay was literally answering emails at all hours of the night, she was so on top of the event. Any nerves of event planning or vendor issues were gone, everything was handled beautifully. They contacted our photographers immediately. Our rehearsal was nice and calm, everyone was able to ask questions and get a great feel for the big day. On the day itself, Lindsay was organized and in complete control, and Liz, our bridal attendant, was also perfect. Before, during, and after the ceremony was a breeze. We had no issues. I didn't have to think, I was able to just enjoy. The bartender was great, no one waited for drinks (we were a wedding of 50 on the 13th floor). It was a perfect atmosphere, great energy, excellent food; we had so many compliments, and I can't say enough good about this venue. If you are in Baltimore, host your wedding here. You will be able to enjoy and thoroughly appreciate your wedding, they handle themselves so well. They continuously check up on you and ensure you are happy and not in need for anything! Went to their first indoor dining brunch since start of pandemic. Well organized, controlled and clean. AND STILL provided.excellent service, food, and a great experience. You must go. Have fun, mask up, and tip generously.
I hosted and planned a 65 Birthday Party at the 13th Floor. My experience working with Chessie event coordinator from beginning to finish was superb. She returned calls and emails at a timely manner. Our Jazz theme party was ideal in this newly renovated space. I love the backdrop of the city and the open windows on both sides of the room. The hit on the menu for the entree was the salmon. We rented the space for 3hrs and it was worth every minute.
Welcome Back to a great experience. The Restaurant is great for Brunch and the space . I appreciate Sondra walking around greeting table seeing how everything went. The Menu was easy and comfortable and the social Distancing was perfect.

Fantastic place for an evening out with friends or a special someone. View is brilliant and service is pretty good. Can hey crowded on the weekends and there is s slight dress code so you may want to call first to double check attire. A little more upscale but affordable. Great music and a small dance floor so really a good time!
I'm never disappointed with these views, this staff or the food. They are able to cater to any diet or lifestyle and they love what they do so its top notch service! Once you get your friends and family in the space the views of the city are breathtaking especially at night! It's always an event to LIVE for!
I had my 40th birthday party at the 13th Floor. It was a private party from 7pm-11pm for 60 people. From the moment I began working with the event coordinator to plan the party until the moment the party was over, I had an amazing experience. The level of professionalism of both event coordinators with whom I worked (Lindsay and Katie) was impressive. I never waited more than 24 hours to get a response to a question and they were never short on ideas or alternatives when I needed input on an idea I had. There were many options to meet my requests and Lindsay and Katie had an endless amount of patience for me. The food was very good (it was a cocktail party), the bartender (Kate) is still being talked about by my guests as "awesome", and the staff ALL took it upon themselves to dress up in the theme of the party (roaring 20's). My guests have not stopped talking about the food, the drinks, and the PERFECT venue.
Toya was amazing from the jump and Jeremy was an awesome waittesss. They were awesome and hospitable. It felt very personalized. I will definitely recommend for a Sunday brunch spot.
We hosted a girlfriend’s baby sprinkle at the 13th Floor with Lindsay and the Belvedere & Co. team and it was such a pleasure to work with her from start to finish. She was attentive, thorough, and accommodating in all aspects. The space was beautiful and the food and service impeccable. The sprinkle happened to fall on the weekend when we thought Baltimore would be impacted by Hurricane Florence. Without question, Lindsay and her team were flexible in allowing us to reschedule; however, last minute when the weather turned they again were flexible when we asked if it could go on as originally planned. I’d recommend Lindsay & the Belvedere & Co. team for any social event if you want a stress-free, seamless, & fantastic experience. Five stars!
The 13th floor is a great place to have an event for a large party if you're looking for a classy night in Downtown Baltimore! Although pricey, my friends and I had such a great night with prompt friendly service, delicious drinks and food from a personalize, pre-fixe, three-course menu that left you satisfied and ready to dance, and even better jazz entertainment complete with musical requests! The view was spectacular and the elegant atmosphere allowed us to get lost in the moment high above the Baltimore city streets. The communication between the manager and the events coordinator was seamless! Although it is an older crowd, it was a great place for my 25th birthday. My celebration would not have been a success without the support and patience of all of the coordinators and staff of Belvedere & Co. leading up to the event!
I held my belated wedding celebration at the 13th floor on December 28th. We had 60 guests and provided cocktails/hors d'oeuvres, dinner, and dancing. I worked with Logan for the event planning and she was fabulous. It was clear that her only goal was for me to have the party I wanted. She was quick to provide suggestions when I asked for help, and she thought of every last detail that I didn't even know I needed to plan for. She was also present during the event to make sure everything went according to plan, and there too, she saw to every detail including dimming the lights when it was time for dancing. Everything went seamlessly and I didn't have to do a thing once the party started. The venue was beautiful, everyone complimented the food, the drinks were good, and there were absolutely no surprises or hidden charges; they were very upfront and honest with us. I'd highly recommend this space and Truffles Catering for any private party.
We chose the 13th Floor at the Belvedere, (under the auspices of Sondra Goad's Truffles Catering,) for our daughter's wedding celebration. Logan Paris was our event specialist for the occasion. I have nothing but the highest praise for every aspect of our event - from the magical quality of the restaurant ambiance at night surrounded by the twinkling lights of the city, to the delectable food, to the ease of working with Logan and Sondra. The staffing during the event was first rate and attended to every detail. Tommy Joy on piano with a wonderful female vocalist added to the magic. I highly recommend Truffles Catering and the 13th Floor restaurant as a venue for a first rate classy affair.
Went here for date night a few months back. Amazing views and great service. We went on a Wednesday, so it was pretty empty. The food was good, small portions. The Jazz music was amazing.
Beautiful views in incredibly historic building! Sorry I don't have pics! Would definitely consider if having an event in Baltimore.
